Covering 125 square meters, you will find 3 stylishly furnished bedrooms, a flexible living room, 2 modern bathrooms, and a fully equipped kitchen.

Start your day with a freshly brewed Nespresso coffee and enjoy the amenities of this exceptional vacation apartment. The cozy rooftop terrace with a generous lounge area invites you to relax and enjoy time outdoors.

The first and second bedrooms are each equipped with a comfortable 1.90-meter double bed, which can easily be converted into two single beds upon request.

Additionally, each of these two bedrooms also has a single bed. The third bedroom features two single beds and a practical workspace.

Thanks to the flexible sleeping arrangements, both couples and solo travelers can enjoy a restful night.

Wir haben uns mit 10 Personen in der Ferienwohnung sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Schlafzimmer fanden wir sehr großzügig, das Wohn- und Esszimmer ist gemütlich eingerichtet und in der gut ausgestatteten Küche ist besonders die Spülmaschine bei so vielen Personen ein Highlight.Die einzigen Kritikpunkte wären, dass es nur eine Toilette gibt und im großen Bad wäre ein zweites Waschbecken toll gewesen. Außerdem ging leider der Fernseher nicht.

Die Unterkunft war ausreichend sauber. Da wir für zu wenig Leute gebucht hatten, hatten wir zunächst die Befürchtung wieder nach Hause fahren zu müssen, allerdings war der Service so gut, dass es kein Problem war und wir unseren Urlaub dort verbringen konnten. Die Aufteilung der Zimmer war für uns nicht richtig passend, aber wir sind auch keine normale Familie die eine Unterkunft gesucht hat. Von daher war es völlig ausreichend. Auch der Informationsautausch nach unserem Urlaub verlief reibungslos. Die Umgebung ist ruhig und schön. Ein Supermarkt ist auf der gegenüberliegenden Straßenseite. Das Meer ist lediglich 15 Minuten entfernt. Und auch ein Badesee mit Spielplatz ist schnell zu erreichen.

Der Kontakt im Vorfeld war sehr freundlich, auch dass das Haus von außen nicht so top aussieht, konnten wir schon auf den Fotos sehen. Als wir allerdings zum Check-in gekommen sind, hatten wir ein mulmiges Gefühl. Das Haus sah nicht bewohnbar aus, von einer Baustelle oder Renovierung wurde uns nichts gesagt. Auch den Schlüsselcode haben wir nicht erhalten, konnten also nicht mal nach sehen, ob evtl dass Appartement oben drüber so aussieht, wie auf den Fotos! Gastgeberin konnte nicht erreicht werden und auch der Kundendienst konnte uns nicht weiter helfen. Wir waren mit 8 Personen (davon 2 Kinder) in der Ferienzeit 5 Stunden von zu Hause gestrandet und hatten keinen Schlafplatz!! Sämtliche Kontaktaufnahmen, sei es per Telefon oder FeWo Kontakt, verliefen ins Leere. Nach dem wir 12 Stunden an dem Tag unterwegs waren, konnten wir mit einem Umweg von 200 Km (mal 2 Autos) bei Verwandten unterkommen. Die Nerven lagen blank. Es hat zwei versuchen bei dem FeWo Kundendienst gebraucht, bis uns weiter geholfen wurde. Zum Glück konnte er die Reise stornieren, dass wir wenigstens unser Geld wieder bekommen haben. Aber den Streß und die weg genommene gemeinsame Zeit kann uns keiner zurück geben. Ich würde diese Gastgeberin auf keinen Fall weiter empfehlen!! Sie hatte gefragt, wie sie es wieder gut machen kann, aber auf unsere Bitte, uns bei den entstandenen Benzinkosten entgegen zu kommen, wurde nicht mehr reagiert.
