Built over 100 years ago, the property features exposed brick walls, polished concrete floors with a modern-industrial look and feel. The Radford is perfectly located in the premier area of Geelong West. With high-end fixtures and fittings throughout, enjoy the private bedroom with large robes and a beautiful bathroom with an oversized walk-in shower. Fixtures include an Induction cook-top, dishwasher and inbuilt fridge, smart TV, a washing machine with dry function and ducted reverse cycle air-conditioning top off this beautiful space.

This was a strong 4 star apartment. But with attention ti detail, it could be a 5 star apartment. It is a beautiful, comfortable apartment. But little things like ensuring there are no dead flies in the corners or crumbs on the coffee table and proper Nespresso quality coffee pods and uncrushed packets of biscuits would elevate this apartment.
