Amazing hotel in a great location. The room was great, the breakfast buffet was possibly the best I’ve ever had, and the bar/ lobby area was really cool. Staff were very pleasant too. Highly recommended based on our experience.

Card machine didn’t work upon arrival. We were then treated like criminals at breakfast and not allowed into the breakfast area until we had paid our bill. We couldn’t pay for our stay upon arrival due to the system being down. Breakfast was overcrowded. Ppl eating in the foyer because not enough tables. It felt very disorganised. Room was too hot. Tried to adjust fan but it didn’t help. Had to sleep with windows open in the middle of the winter. I explained this to the front desk and she didn’t even apologise. Very bad customer service. We paid a lot of money for our stay and to not even be apologised to is appalling.

The staff was rude and they were not attentive at all. There were three female staff and there were no other guests arriving, despite that my checkin lasted almost 15 minutes! Totally unacceptable. Of course they also lied about being fully booked so no upgrade possible. Definitely they need some training if they want to have long lasting relations with clients.

The lobby is absolutely stunningly gorgeous! The room looks fine albeit very compact but the room lacks many thoughtful features - there is no fridge for a cold beverage and no vent in the tiny bathroom to clear the steam and the postage stamp side table beside the bed was consumed by a house phone so no place for cell, etc. the room is needlessly cramped and the bathroom is so small (and lacks full shower enclosure) that water goes everywhere and there’s no room to put your stuff. The kicker was that the hallway door could not be locked from the inside because it wasn’t installed properly (housekeeping said they would report it and get it fixed, but that never happened). It’s a lot of flash but lacks substance in areas! Needs serious attention to detail on a practical level and to the basics.

Amazing location on Granary Island (Wyspa Spichrzów). Close to everything. Plenty of bars/restaurants on the same street. The hotel is part of Motel One. Breakfast was amazing, plently of options. Bar area is stunning and was busy every evening. Room was fairly small but big enough for the 2 of us.
