Doug was a good host and keep us informed throughout the stay and always checking in. One thing to be aware of if renting. HOT HOT HOT. if you’re planning on going when it’s in the 80tys and up, plan on being miserable. There was 1 bedroom AC UNIT that keep that room cool. All other areas were 90ty plus degrees. There are fans but there’s no escaping the heat. I recommend more AC units, or room darking shades or window film. This would reduce the heat by 10/15 degrees. Doug said he’d pass that info along.

Doug was super responsive, I had a few questions throughout the stay and he always responded promptly. The place is cozy and close to places we planed to go during the long weekend. For people who drives EV, there’s a Meijer near by with super charging stations that was a big plus and actually must for us :)

Great place to stay

Overall it was a really good stay. However, one day due to the outside weather, our rooms were too hot to stay. We utilized all the portable fans provided but it took 4-5 hours to get to 70F. Otherthan that overall great experience.

Quaint place on a quiet lake

We stayed at this quaint property for a mother/daughter getaway. The decor was fun. Doug was very responsive to my questions. Apple Maps won’t locate this cabin but Google maps does and Doug sent good instructions about that. We used the table on the deck a lot because we had six adults and two babies which was a bit much for the <900 sqft space.

Great condo!

Perfect place for our group of 7 while we visited Boyne. The condo was welcoming, clean, and cutely decorated. The kids in our group loved playing the PS2 games and board games provided and were really excited about the triple bunk. The owner was very responsive and accommodating to our traveling times. We came right after a snow storm and they had the snow cleared promptly. Gaylord’s main shopping area was a short drive. Highly recommend!
