Semi-detached comfortable two floors villa for 6 (maximum 8) guests, with 2 bathrooms, quietly located 150-200 m from the centre of life. Each dwelling is slightly different (orientation, interior layout).
We will give you the best according to your family composition and your wishes.

We offer 7 such units. A villa Perigord is always attached to a villa Quercy (A+B). They are located on a small wooded hill.

Splendid property with 35 ha (87 acres) of undulating fields and woods, "Le Domaine de Gavaudun" is a calm green oasis perfectly situated in the south of historic Perigord (Dordogne), the region of a thousand Châteaux, near Quercy, Gascony and Guyenne. Its old charming renovated buildings, its excellent restaurant, the Auberge de Vezou (in the summer), and its modern accommodations in the middle of nature, together with the many organised activities, will make for a memorable stay.

On site activities: floodlit heated pool, spa (sauna, Jacuzzi), floodlit tennis, basket-ball and volley-ball courts, football field, table tennis, trampoline, boules, billiards, play area for the children, walking trails, …
Close to the Resort: horseback riding, cycling, adventure park, rock climbing, caving, canoeing/kayaking, fishing, buggy, varied day trips.

Well behaved pets are most welcome, avoiding if possible July-August (too many children not used to dogs). This is a real paradise for dogs, with long free walks possible on the vast estate !

YOUR VILLA

Upper floor: bedroom with a double bed, bedroom with 4 beds : 1 double or 2 single beds and bunk beds (depending on unit), shower room with sink and toilet ;
Ground floor: dining / living room (with double sofa bed), fully equipped open kitchen (dishwasher, hot plates, oven, microwave oven, fridge), bathroom with bath/shower and sink, toilet, covered terrace.

The sofa-bed brings flexibility depending on the family composition, but the units are most suitable for the indicated capacity.
The upper bed of bunk beds is not allowed for children under 6 years.

All units are fully furnished and equipped and have a terrace (porch) with outdoor furniture. They also have a mini HiFi system or at least a combined clock-radio-CD.
Free Internet (Wi-Fi) available everywhere.
Laundry facilities available to guests at a small charge (washing machine, dryer, iron and ironing board).
