We had a great stay here! The cabin was plenty big enough for the 13 of us. The kitchen is spacious and stocked with dishes and cookware needed to make meals. There is plenty of seating for everyone to gather as well as room for everyone to have their own space. Also, the owners are quick to respond to any inquiries.

This was a GREAT house! Worked perfectly for our family: 10 adults and 5 grandchildren (ages 1-7). Lots of things to do (close to Gatlinburg but on the “quiet side” of town). Maybe 2miles or so to a good grocery store (food city). House well equipped with lots of comfortable seating option (on 1st floor as well

We just got back from our family vacation, and I wanted to share how much we loved the place we stayed! There was tons of space – perfect for our whole crew – and it was spotless! Seriously, 10/10 on cleanliness. We'll definitely be booking it again next time we're in town. Highly recommend it

Perfect Easter Weekend Getaway!

We had an amazing stay at this beautiful property in Gatlinburg over Easter weekend with family. From the moment we booked, the host was incredibly responsive and detailed. The cabin was spotless, cozy, and had everything we needed to feel right at home. We especially enjoyed the hot tub and pool—such a great way to relax after a day out exploring and visiting DollyWood. The location was peaceful while still being close to town and a short drive to Pigeon Forge. It was the perfect spot to make memories with our family, and we’re already talking about coming back in the winter. Highly recommend!

Family Spring Break Vacation

We stayed here for spring break and had a great time. The house is very spacious and was very clean. The kids had a great time in the pool and we enjoyed having family movie night in the theater. Location was perfect it was close to the activities we had planned.

Spring break with family and friends

Excellent vacation made possible by the cabin. The cabin was in a great location. We had everything we needed. The property manager/owner came by to check on a few things. He was very friendly and helpful. My entire family enjoyed talking to him. (I wished I could remember his name). We had a ball. We plan to re-visit in the fall.

My Dudes a Real Review

First, if you want to get a workout on your glutes this place is huge and all the stair climbing plus mountain climbing can make you a little sore LOL but no worries cause the hot tub is there for you. Perfect place, bring an extra gas tank if you grill, and their check out is sooo nice compared to other places. Close to everything, and we seen a bear in the parking lot. Pool a. Loved it

Memories in the Mountains

Had a wonderful time with my grown children and their wives and our 4 grandkids in this beautiful mountain house The house was spacious and clean. Room for all 12 of us. Annual Vacation

Property was well maintained. Was expecting a better view but overall I'd recommend this cabin. Vince and Archie were very responsive to emails and addressed issues very quickly. Some minor issues was the cleanliness of the deck of the kitchen.

Disappointment

Hot tub dirty, didnt work. Patio furniture (white cushion) dirty both side. Family refuse to use. TV did not work in one of the bedroom 1st floor and patio. Bird mess on upper bedroom patio as go out the door, couldnt use and enjoy. Shortage of towels! Location nice, but some restriction. As a family group we would not recommend this building or maybe others within this complex to family and friends for the cost and lack of clean. For 22 years visiting Gatlinburg and Piegon Forge, this is the 1st. exprience that we had for lack of cleanness and non working items.

This house was fabulous! New construction, well appointed, large kitchen - great for groups. Owner was quick to respond to questions and provide solutions. Location is convenient to restaurants, shopping and downtown.

What a wonderful home

The house was immaculate. It was well taken care of and very clean. The owners were fantastic with communicating back with any question's we had. It was a quick drive to any and everything Gatlinburg. Great space for parking multiple vehicles. We will be back next year! Thank you so much.

Spring Break

I have zero complaints about this property. We stayed here for Spring Break with 3 families. It is a beautiful property and very well equipped and clean. The views were incredible and we loved the location. The Arts and Craft area was so fun to explore but also close to Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge. Our group had so much fun and I would highly recommend this property for your perfect getaway. Owners were very responsive and easy to communicate with. Great trip, great friend, great all around experience.
