Staff throughout the hotel were very nice and accommodating. Breakfast staff were rude and not helpful. Would have been nice if healthy food would have been offered (i.e fruit or yogurt). Parking is always a little rough when you have large trucks. It would have been nice to know about the $15 per night packing fee. That was new to us. Overall a good place to stay very convenient to the strip and walking distance to everything in Gatlinburg.

Hotel was overall dirty and poorly maintained. The floor we stayed on smelled like weed. No one mentions the parking fee until you book the hotel, and is $16.99 per night. No responsibility for lost items or damage to car. Water was lukewarm, no hot water and the sink was clogged. Breakfast super modest and no tables or seats available. Very crowded. Children yelling in the middle of the night and slamming doors. Other that location, no pros. It will be the first and last time we stay.

Room need to be updated, we found 2 stinkbug climbing the bed, towels, sheets need to be renewed, place for breakfast is too small for the amount of guests, it is a paid parking and there is not enough slots available and any damage is at our expense even when we paid for it. However staff is nice and very polite. Great location.
