The location of this hotel was great for New Years Eve. The window in our room had a direct line of view to the Space Needle for the ball drop, fireworks and drone show. The hotel was also within a short walking distance to the parkway to see it all up close. The room was clean and very large. The breakfast was decent. The staff were friendly. My only complaints are that the parking is very tight, but we managed with an SUV and our shower leaked around the trim under the door so we would leave a towel down and it would be soaked. I would definitely choose this hotel again.

Hotel was built over a year ago and unfortunately it’s not well managed. The “Complementary” BKF menu is very limited and the service is slow. On Jan 1st, the most busiest morning for BKF, the guy running the kitchen was “sick” sitting on the floor behind the kitchen door and everyone waiting outside for him, families with kids had nothing to eat or drink. Housekeeping service is very limited to make the beds, replace towels and get trash out but never cleaned toilet or floors. Very unfortunate for a brand new hotel.

This stay was the most relaxing experience, thanks to the exceptionally friendly and professional staff members who attended to every need with warmth and efficiency. The breakfast dining area was spacious and inviting, offering a wide variety of delicious options, including fresh fruits, pastries, and made-to-order omelets. Overall, this stay was the best we've had, and my family and I are already looking forward to returning next year.

I’m on the fence about this review. While I have nothing but positive things to say about the hotel itself, the ownership and reservation system is complete opposite. The positive. Hotel, great. Room, perfect. Bed, so comfortable. Location, awesome. Breakfast, wonderful. I really have nothing negative to report. Would I stay here again, no. That’s what sucks. I made a reservation through Expedia, arriving on Monday December 15th and checking out Friday the 19th. My husband became quite ill with a cold and we decided early on the 17th, we should probably check out a day early and head home. We notified the front desk on the 17th that we would be checking out a day early. Thursday morning, we were packed up and checked out well before the check out time. At checkout, we explained again that we were leaving a day early and would like to have the additional night refunded. The gentleman at the desk said that would be up to Expedia to refund our money. That’s a little confusing to me because my card was charged for the full amount. So we contacted Expedia, who told us it’s the hotels place to refund the money due to us checking out early. Expedia attempted to contact the hotel several times to resolve this matter, and let us know they were unsuccessful in reaching a resolve with the hotel for the refund. Not a great way to expect return customers. Especially during the holidays when people could use that extra money.
