In August 2022 newly opened renovated vacation apartment with large panoramic windows. The 2-room apartment (60 sqm large) is centrally located in Partenkirchen and is 10 minutes walk from the center. The apartment is on the ground floor with balcony and from the panoramic window you can enjoy the view of the Kramer. Medium-sized dogs are permitted for a fee of €10.00 per day. The living room with large seating to pull out for the 5th person and additional sofa bed (1.60m widex2.00m long) for 2 people, dining table for 6 people, flat screen, radio with CD player and Bluetooth function invites you to relax. The fitted kitchen including Nespresso capsule machine, dishwasher,microwave, toaster, kettle is fully equipped with dishes and cooking utensils. The bedroom is equipped with a box spring bed 180x200 cm and large wardrobe and separated from the living room with a wooden sliding door. The municipality of Garmisch-Partenkirchen charges a spa fee of 3.-- Euro per adult and day/children and teenagers from the age of 6 to the age of 16 1.-- Euro per person and day. Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Aufenthalt in der Ferienwohnung von Katja Huber in Garmisch-Partenkirchen. Die Vermieterin war sehr nett und freundlich, und die Ferienwohnung war sauber und gepflegt.Es war alles vorhanden, was man für einen angenehmen Aufenthalt braucht. Besonders schön fanden wir die mehreren Schlafmöglichkeiten sowie die ruhige Lage mit Balkon und herrlichem Blick auf die Berge. Die Betten und Matratzen waren sehr bequem – wir haben jede Nacht hervorragend geschlafen.Auch die Lage war ideal: Viele Wanderungen und Ausflugsziele waren direkt erreichbar. Ich war mit meiner Schwester dort, und wir konnten alles bequem zu Fuß erreichen, sodass wir das Auto während des gesamten Aufenthalts nicht benutzen mussten.Wir hatten eine wirklich schöne Zeit und können die Ferienwohnung absolut weiterempfehlen.

Sehr gute Lage, in 15 min zu Fuß in der Innenstadt und in 10min mit dem Auto am Hausberg. Die Wohnung ist sehr liebevoll und modern eingerichtet, allerdings muss einem bewusst sein, dass das Elternschlafzimmer nur durch eine nicht schalldichte Schiebetür vom Wohn/Kinderschlafzimmer getrennt ist.
