A unique, tranquil detached 1 bedroom cottage spread out on a 12 hectares of private woodland, adjacent to a historic 17th century Chateau, a coach house and a small Chapel. A secluded private nature space for a single or couple to relax and unwind. Wake up each morning to an orchestra of birds singing from the surrounding woodland. The cottage and the Chateau are up a long private gated drive. Just 10 minutes from the bustling pretty town of Morlaix and a local supermarket LeClerc. A boulangerie and a bar in the village of Garlan just 3 minutes by car.
The cottage is heated and features a separate bedroom. The cottage also includes an ironing board.
