Detached timber-framed house 200m from the village of Garindein and 2km from Mauléon-Licharre. Ground floor: garage (washing machine, dryer). 1st floor (accessible on one level): entrance, open fitted kitchen (induction hob, oven, dishwasher, microwave, fridge-freezer), pantry, living room with wood stove, lounge area (140cm TV), 1 bedroom (1 160cm bed) with private shower room and dressing room, toilet. 2nd floor: 3 bedrooms (2 140cm beds, 1 120cm bed), bathroom/toilet. For your comfort, the beds are made on arrival and towels are included. Reversible heating, air conditioning and wood for the stove included. Baby equipment available on request. The large wooden terrace offers you a lovely view of the village. It is equipped with garden furniture and deckchairs. Parking. The cottage is ideally located to discover the Soule province, close to hiking trails, 30km from the Iraty Forest, the Holtzarte footbridge, 2km from the shops and summer entertainment of Mauléon (pelota games, farmers' market, etc.). A pleasant and bright detached timber-framed house with a large terrace, ideal for exploring the Soule Valley
