Our fully equipped private modern villa basement sleeps three. It has own bathroom, kitchen and private entrance.

Located on a quiet country side, only 15 minutes from the Kristianstad city centre (Centrum) by car.

Quiet neighborhood, comfortable apartment, serene compound, green garden, it provides effective living both for business & pleasure.

200mtrs from gas station, bus station, pizza shop and supermarket.

It sleeps 3 with a double King size bed in the bedroom and a sofa bed in the living room.

Easy transportation to city centre for shopping and fine dining as well as close proximity to parks and beaches (15 mins drive to the Åhus beach).
The villa is heated and features a kitchen and a balcony, and there's space to spread out with a separate bedroom. Guests can expect to find a Smart TV with a DVD player. Other standard amenities include a washing machine, a sofa bed, and a coffee maker.

Lovely accommodation. Cosy and comfortable. Very clean and tidy. All needs catered for, and more! The property was very easy to find and the area was lovely and quiet. We would definitely stay here again, and recommend it to others.

Water in the shower did not drain properly (tiled floor was crooked) interior old and worn, Kitchen appliances partially unusable Silverfish in the bathroom and in the cutlery drawer The construction measures (in and around the house) are not yet finished, but everything is already starting to run down. Only stayed because the coursing world championships were 5 km away.

Heerlijk verblijf in afwisselende omgeving

We hebben een heerlijk verblijf gehad. Leuke restaurantjes in omgeving met heel erg lekker eten voor een prima prijs. Alles aanwezig wat we nodig hadden en als bonus Netflix. Prettige samenwerking met verhuurster en was altijd bereikbaar voor vragen.
