Great location with great view on lake Garda

Very nice villa with great view. Ideal for 6 adults and 2 kids. Very nice garden, pool, table tennis... Very nice and large living area. Please be aware of the fact that you more or less need a car, because the next bakery, shops are too far away for walking. We had problems finding the place. Access is only possible for vehicles with less than 2 m diameter.

Keine Willkommenskultur, keine Gastlichkeit, kein Kümmern um die Anliegen der Gäste

Wir waren vom 14.-21.09.2024 in der Villa Loredana Niemand hat sich - wie im Angebot zu lesen - ernsthaft, professionell und einfühlsam um uns gekümmert. Wünsche wurden weder gehört, verstanden noch schnell und unkompliziert erfüllt. -Keine Willkommenskultur - Check in (wichtige Hausübergabe) und Check out fanden über Telefon und WhatsApp statt. Ankunftshzeit im Haus, täglicher Aufenthalt im Haus und wann wir gehen wurde VON UNS immer rechtzeitig und klar mitgeteilt - es gab in 6 Tagen keine Begrüßung, kein Besuch keine persönliche Kontaktaufnahme, keine Erklärung zum Haus, dem Standort, keine Tipps zum Einkauf, Umgebung (Seezugang???). - Ausblick traumhaft, Haus Garten und Pool befinden sich an einem Steilhang. Für Menschen mit Bewegungseinschränkungen nur schwer zu meistern, ohne Auto und Unterstützung keine Chance. - Parallel duschen oder Badewanne in der Villa unmöglich - während eine Person duschte hatte der Rest des Hauses so lange kein Wasser. - Komplizierte Mülltrennung nicht transparent vorbereitet, erforderliche farbige Müllsäcke bzw. Papiertüten für den Biomüll nicht vorhanden. - Grillpätze am Haus verwittert, ungepflegt, versprochene Holzkohle und Anzünder nicht vorhanden. -Tischfußball im Geräteschuppen am Berggrillplatz hinter Stühlen und Holzlagerungen unzugänglich. - Flipper nicht vorhanden weil zur Reparatur. -Fitnesscenter für unsere Jungen ein Witz. -Tischtennis im Freien auf unwegsamen Naturstein, verottete Schläger und keine Bälle. A Lovely Villa

We really enjoyed our stay. The property was in a quiet location within easy reach of the lake and several places to eat. It has a fabulous view and a good pool and 2 BBQ areas. The downstairs bedroom was not ideal being a bit cold and damp and we would have preferred not to have to use it. We had very small children with us and we concluded it would be a better villa for adults and older children. Overall though a lovely villa.

Great location. Nearby towns are picturesque. We spent a day on the lake. We took a self drive boat hire from Salo which was well worth it. Wished we had not taken the boat people recommendation for a lunch stop. The beach at San Felice would be a better stop and nice for a swim too. We enjoyed padel tennis in San Felice, great forts with lots of free space. The house was lovely and the staff very supportive. Only downside was the mosquitoes and poor Wi-Fi.

The property has wonderful views of the lake, good furnishings and sufficient room for our family of 6 (with 2 infants + 1 5yr old). Beds were comfortable, towels for bathrooms were plentiful and thick. I would have rated the property/experience 5 stars but for 2 items. 1) ants can be problematic and the few traps were old and ineffective. 2) Tile floors in living/dining/kitchen area could have been cleaner. I would have used a broom 1 or 2 days but there wasnt one. Sara was responsive and very helpful. High marks for her.

Perfekt für einen Familienurlaub

Wunderschöne Lage mit Traumblick auf den Gardasee vom Balkon, der Terrasse und auch von dem schönen Pool. Perfekt für schöne Grillabende mit der ganzen Familie. Gardasee fußläufig erreichbar. Das Haus und die gesamte Anlage sehr sauber und gepflegt. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

The Villa is very nice. everything is fine an comfortable. The W-Lan is too slow - should be upgraded. The separating of the trasch is a little bit confusing and this should be explained when check-in. All over our holiyday was very enjoing. Thanks

Gardasee Villa Loredana

Sehr schöne Lage für Leute die gut zu Fuß sind. Sehr geräumig, etwas in die Jahre gekommene Villa aber schön. Wir hatten Probleme mit einer Funkfernbedienung für die Grundstückseinfahrt. Trotz Bemühungen der Agentur dies zu beheben ist es letzendlich nicht gelungen. Damit unterlagen wir einer unfreiwilligen Behinderung in unseren Aktivitäten.

Great location and facilities

Our second stay here. Fantastic views of the lake. Nicely equipped and well situated for the five of us (two adults and kids aged 17, 14 and 11). Great pool. Easy walk to small beach in Fasano and a couple of restaurants (recommend Pizzeria Benella and Trattoria Riolet) and 20-25 mins walk to to Gardone Riviera or Maderno.

Wunderbare Location in Fasano

Ein sehr schönes Haus in guter Lage oberhalb von Gardone/Fasano...Ruhig und sehr schöner Blick auf den See. Der Pool ist klasse und das Haus gut ausgestattet. Die Ausstattung ist zwar etwas in die Jahre gekommen aber erfüllt ihren Zweck. Warnen Sie ihre Teenager… das WLAN ist furchtbar😂... Gerade deshalb so gut. Dann wurden halt endlich mal wieder die legendären Reiterkämpfe im Pool veranstaltet. Alles im allem… Jederzeit wieder. Samanta ist eine tolle Hausverwalterin.... Behilflich, freundlich und sehr zuvorkommend.

Fantastiskt boende

Boendet motsvarade våra förväntningar och höll mycket hög klass. Pool området var mycket bra. Vi var 8 vuxna och 2 barn och boendet kändes aldrig för litet. Altanen där vi intog alla våra måltider hade en fantastisk utsikt och vi fick alla god plats. Vi ger Villa Loredana våra bästa rekommendationer.

Großartige Villa in toller Lage

Die Luxuriöse Villa entspricht exakt der Beschreibung. Individuell und mit Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet. Wunderschön gelegen oberhalb des Gardasee's mit toller Aussicht. Auch die Betreuung vor Ort war perfekt und sehr nett & unkompliziert. Diese Unterkunft würde ich jederzeit wieder buchen. Wir hatten mit der 10-köpfigen Familie einen wunderbaren Urlaub! Great spacious villa. Amazing views. Super pool.

We were 6 people staying here. Great villa; very peaceful but easy to get to other places around Lake Garda by car. We loved the views and the pool. We had chefs come come to the villa one night to cook us dinner - it was fabulous food. We had a few issues with the electricity cutting out on the first day, but Samanta and her husband sorted it out straight away. Samanta was great at helping out throughout our stay (booking reataurants etc) Overall we had a very restful stay there!

Fantastic holiday villa

I stayed here with my family of 6 - including our 4 children aged 17 to 22. We had a wonderful 2 week holiday and really want to go back - in fact we didn't want to leave! The house was very spacious and extremely well equipped with everything you could want (dishwasher, washing machine, very effective air conditioning in the bedrooms and living room). The views were spectacular especially from the balconies, as well as the pool side. The grounds were immaculate and the pool was large with lots of seating around it and a great setting for our many barbeques. There is also plenty of room to park a car. It is really well situated, with many restaurants nearby and about a 7 minute walk to the lake edge, down the hill, and about 20 minutes on foot into Toscolano Maderno where there are lots of cafes etc. On arrival Samanta met us without a problem (despite the late arrival of our plane) and was absolutely charming and unfailingly helpful and even arranged for two fantastic chefs to come and cook us an amazing meal at the villa one evening. We are so grateful to her for helping us enjoy such a great holiday and really hope to return next year.
