Türe des Gefrierschranks war 2 cm vereist, so das sie nicht geschlossen war. Das Eis musste von UNS entfernt werden um die Türe schließen zu können. TOLLER URLAUB.Keine Kanne für eine Filtermaschine, nur eine Espressomaschine für 2 Täschen auf dem Herd. In 2 Wochen hatten wir täglich Kontakt mit KI oder desinteressierten, inkometenten Mitarbeitern wegen unserer Kaffemaschine, leider ohne irgend einen Erfolg. Wir wurden ständig vertröstet, Eigentümer ist nicht erreichbar usw. Wir wollten uns im Urlaub erholen und keine schlaflosen Nächte haben. Eine erfolgreicheTaktik. Kunde hat bezahlt und der Rest wird ignoriert. Wir wünschen allen Beteiligten wunderbare entspannte Urlaubstage mit solch engagiertem Personal!!!!Wir werden nie mehr über Fewo direkt buchen.
