Spacious apartment with shared swimming pool inside a lemon house in Gardone Riviera, a beautiful structure typical of the area.



The apartment, located on the third floor accessible on foot, features a bright living room furnished with a double sofa bed, a dining table and a well-equipped kitchen. From here guests will be able to access the balcony with a view of the surrounding greenery, and furnished with a table and chairs, perfect for enjoying summer evenings in the open air. A staircase in the living room leads to the upper floor where there is a bedroom with a comfortable double bed and a wardrobe. A bathroom with shower completes the layout.



*The communal swimming pool is available from 20 June to 15 September, during the following hours 9-13 and 15-19. The use of a swimming cap may be required.

Among the main tourist destinations on Lake Garda, Gardone Riviera is the ideal city for the presence of cultural, historical and natural attractions. In the city centre you can admire the magnificent historic palaces that house prestigious hotels and period villas such as the charming Villa Alba, and the picturesque villages: Gardone di Sotto and Gardone di Sopra, connected by the Hruska Gardens of the Botanical Garden, a floral collection of continental character. From the waterfront of Gardone Riviera, tourists will be able to benefit from the ferry that takes them in a few minutes to the Veronese shore, to Malcesine, where it is possible to take the panoramic cable car to climb to the 1800 metres of Monte Baldo and to the other locations of Lake Garda.

    Schöne Wohnung mit Manko

    Die Wohnung ist sehr schön (moderne/ neue Einrichtung) und auch sehr gut ausgestattet (genug Teller, Gläser usw.). Von beiden Balkonen hat man eine tolle Aussicht, einmal Richtung Gardasee und einmal Richtung Berg. Leider hatte die Wohnungen zum Zeitpunkt unserer Reise ein großes Manko und das hat für uns den Wert des Urlaubes sehr gemindert. Leider ist die Hauptsicherung (im EG) täglich mehrfach raus geflogen. Eigentlich konnte man nur einen Verbraucher gleichzeitig nutzen und das noch nicht mal im vollen Umfang (z. B. Herdplatte nur auf Stufe 4, Herd nur bis 120 Grad, Klimaanlage nicht auf höchster Stufe). Da die Wohnung im 3. Stock liegt ist das schon nervig und anstrengend. Wonderful Italy hat die Beschwerde sehr freundlich aufgenommen und versichert, dass das Problem nach unserem Aufenthalt gelöst wurde. Der Pool ist schön gelegen und zur Wohnung gehören auch zwei Liegen. Leider hat die Holz-Umrandung schon etwas gelitten und ist teilweise nicht mehr ganz heile. Die Beschreibung von Wonderful Italy bezüglich Check-in, Parkplatz, Lage Sicherungen und Müllentsorgung usw. ist sehr ausführlich und verständlich. Auch ein kaputter Duschkopf wurde direkt von einem Handwerker ausgetauscht. Korrespondenz ist also top. Leider ist die Straße direkt unter der Wohnung, das störte uns grundsätzlich nicht, aber man konnte nicht bei geöffneten Fenster schlafen. Das ist nicht so toll, wenn die Klimaanlage nicht richtig funktioniert (Stromproblem). Fazit: Wenn das Stromproblem gelöst i

    Charmante Wohnung mit toller Aussicht

    Wir waren sehr zufrieden mit unserem Aufenthalt. Die Wohnung bietet eine fantastische Aussicht auf den Gardasee und ist gut ausgestattet, inklusive einer zuverlässigen Klimaanlage. Der Verkehrslärm von der nahen Straße war hörbar, störte uns aber nicht. Die Zufahrt ist etwas eng. Insgesamt eine empfehlenswerte Unterkunft für einen schönen Urlaub am See.
