The middle deck is a true gathering space—featuring comfortable seating, a fire table, and propane patio heaters to keep things cozy while you take in the view.

Out back, the home sits right up against the mountains, offering a private, peaceful setting. The covered patio includes a hot tub, BBQ grill, and picnic table seating—perfect for relaxing, dining, and unwinding after a day of adventure.

Clubhouse Access!
Guests enjoy access to the HOA clubhouse just across the street, which includes a seasonal pool, hot tub, gym, foosball, pool table, dining areas, and extra showers. The community common area offers green space, a playset, and stunning lake views.

Guests will have full access to the entire 3-level home, including garage. You’ll also enjoy access to the community clubhouse, which features a seasonal pool, hot tub, gym, foosball, pool table, showers, and lounge space.

Notes:

- This home comes with pool access! The Lockwood Community clubhouse is open year-round, with a game area (pool table, foosball, and kids’ games) and a lounge space with seating and a treadmill. The pool, hot tub, and outdoor lounging areas are open seasonally from Memorial Day through Labor Day.

- Parking: Bring your toys! The driveway fits 3 vehicles, and the garage holds another 3, depending on size. Overflow parking for additional vehicles, trailers, and ATVs is available nearby on a first-come, first-served basis.

- Winter Advisory: While roads are maintained, we highly recommend a 4x4 or AWD vehicle to ensure safe and reliable access to the home during Winter, Spring & Fall.
