Bear Lake retreat

We had a delightful 3 night stay. The house is modern and cheery, with all the necessities. It was clean and ready for us, on time. There was plenty of room to prepare and serve meals, with space to relax or have a little privacy. We really enjoyed our stay! Highly recommend!!

Gray stay!

We had such a great time at this house. It was clean, the bedding was comfortable, and the location was great. The kitchen deserves 5 stars all its own! Really and truly a fully stocked kitchen.

We had a great time. The house was just the right size for our group of 10 adults and 4 children and 1 infant. The location was great and we had so much fun at the private beach.

An Ideal Location

We enjoyed our stay at this location!! Pros: the kitchen has everything we needed, 7 bedrooms allowed our group of 16 plenty of room, access to Ideal Beach with all of its amenities (pool, grass, playground, beach…) was amazing. The deck is huge and its furniture is the most comfortable on the property. Finally, the hot tub was loved by all of the grandkids! Cons: the indoor seating was not comfortable. There were 2 couches upstairs and 1 downstairs and none of them were comfortable. After a long day on the lake it would have been great to have somewhere comfortable to sit. The other problem we saw was that the bathrooms had either no rugs, or rugs that did not have any ability to absorb water after coming out of the shower or bath. Overall, we had a wonderful stay and would consider staying there again if some new couches were purchased. We will definitely look for properties that allow Ideal Beach access.

Perfect mindfulness getaway

We came in the winter season but it was absolutely beautiful. The property was perfect for what we needed and we had 10 women that were all comfortably accommodated with all the rooms available. My favorite room was the bunk room because it was so fun and cute and just had such a great vibe to it. All the mattresses were extremely comfortable, the home was extremely clean and the views were great even in the winter. We had such a great time utilizing the space for our mindfulness retreat for the women of our company. We were able to comfortably do yoga in the upstairs living room, play pool downstairs, enjoy some time out on the deck, and the kitchen had everything that we needed. The only thing I would comment on was that the temperature downstairs is a lot different than the temperature upstairs. In order to warm the downstairs the heater was cranked up a little bit higher than what was comfortable for the people staying upstairs. There was a little space heater for the downstairs but it didn't really warm up the downstairs a lot. I imagine this isn't that big of a deal in the summer when this property is probably booked a lot more but it's something to keep in mind if you were staying in the winter months. We loved going and exploring and finding a couple good restaurants to eat nearby. Lastly this might not be a big deal and I personally love big windows and not obstructing the views however because I had 10 women in the home there were comments made about how there were no blinds or curtains on the main floor where the living room and kitchen was and that made some of the women feel a little exposed and not having as much privacy that they wanted. Mind you all the rooms have blinds and privacy it was just the main dining room living room and kitchen that was very open and at night anybody can see in and see what you were doing. Overall it was a fantastic experience. This property is so wonderful and very accommodating to larger groups. We would love to stay again in the future.

The house was great!!! But what really made our experience there so wonderful was Ashlyn the property manager.. She was easy to get a hold of, and had solutions for some of our issues. Example. Because of the snow and ice cold roads we were unable to get some of the cars up and in the driveway. She found another house with a level driveway we could park those cars in. She was so nice and accommodating..Would honestly recommend using any house she manages in the area. Text or phone call, she always responded promptly. Thanks again.

Beautiful Home in Bear Lake

This was a beautiful home that fit our family of 15. Kids loved the bunk bed room. The pool table and hot tub got used daily. The kitchen had all the things we needed. And they had some nice little touches that made it feel extra special to stay here. They did have a few things for us to clean when we left: removing sheets, starting a load of towels, starting a load of dishes, and taking out trash. But overall it was fairly reasonable. Beautiful house. Thanks for letting us stay.

Great Place!

We loved our stay here. The house was equipped with everything we needed and more. There were so many thoughtful extras. it was spacious and clean and such a fun spot. Our grandchildren loved the bunk room. Everyone had fun playing pool and the hot tub was a big hit too. We will definitely book this house again for next year!

Lovely place for a family get together!

This is a very nice place to stay! We found the accommodations to be comfortable, clean and adequate in every way! Check in was easy. The house is well laid out and furnished. The kitchen is fantastic and had everything we needed to prepare and serve our meals. There is ample space for the family to gather, as well as space for privacy. The view from the deck is gorgeous, especially at sunrise! Access to the private beach was a bonus! ( It is a very nice sandy beach with lots of amenities.) The hot tub and gas fire pit made evenings that much more enjoyable! The grandkids loved the bunk room. Overall we had an excellent stay!

Fantastic social spaces at the Bear Lake House

Every year, my wife & i get together at Bear Lake with a few other couples in our friend group. We mostly have adult children with a few teens, and it can be tough finding places with enough room for social events (meals, cards, games, VR) and beds to hold everyone comfortably. THIS HOUSE WAS PERFECT, great use of space, with 6 nice bedrooms and a 6-bed bunkroom to throw all the teens in together. The fully furnished kitchen had enough utensils and dishes to handle 20 people easily, and even had a great spice set. Beautiful view of the lake from the elevated covered deck, and enough shelter to leave it still usable during inclement weather. And a pool table, for bonus points! We will definitely try to use this property again on future trips!

Wonderful home with a great floor plan.

This is a great home! The littles especially liked the bunkroom. The home is kid friendly. Simply decorated but homey and comfortable. Good sized rooms and plenty of bathrooms. It has a amazing view with a comfy patio furniture on the top deck to enjoy the view.

Great cabin!

Located right by the golf course. Beautiful home with lots of room for a large family vacation. Loved the bunk bed room especially! Very nicely decorated. Really nice deck to sit out on in the evening. Would highly recommend!

Wonderful family friendly home

I loved that the home was nice and new, tastefully decorated and had several bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. So nice for a large group. The children loved staying together in the bunk room that had 6 twin built in beds. Having the pass to Ideal Beach was a plus, we used that daily. It was so nice to have the two pools on days when the weather was a little too cold to swim in the lake. It was also close to some mountain trails for four wheeling. We had a few in our group that were interested in doing that.
