Parking notes: There is free outdoor parking for 8 vehicles. Winter and spring months can vary depending on snowfall. No RVs are allowed per the HOA. Guests can bring a boat or rent boats from Ideal Beach. If you bring your own boat, you can only launch from the Bear Lake State Marina or other public marinas. You cannot launch it from Ideal Beach. The garage is unavailable.

*Roads are plowed, but we recommend an AWD vehicle in the winter.

You will have access to the entire home and property.

Located in the Sweetwater Golf Course Community. Rural vibes, some of the best views of the lake, and 8-10 minutes to Garden City shopping. You will undoubtedly see turkeys, deer and, if you are lucky, a moose or two!

No dog(s) are welcome in this home. No other animals are allowed without specific approval.
