Boa opção, mas serviços deixaram a desejar!

Já havíamos nos hospedado anteriormente no Íbis de Garanhuns e achamos que a qualidade da rede estava mantida. Entretanto, nessa oportunidade, tivemos diversos contratempos. Primeiramente, nas 5 diárias (6 dias) que passamos lá, o serviço de Internet WiFi não funcionou. Quando questionamos, alegaram problema técnico sem previsão pra normalização. Um absurdo, pois a internet é uma ferramenta importante numa viagem, além de distrair as crianças. Em relação à limpeza dos quartos, que deveria ser diária, no primeiro dia, só foi feita no final da tarde porque reclamamos. No segundo dia, não foi feita, pois chegamos do cinema após 17h e o quarto estava como deixamos pela manhã. No terceiro dia, após reclamarmos logo cedo, os quartos foram limpos, mas esqueceram de colocar os panos de chão nos banheiros. Sempre estava com a placa. Pedimos travesseiros extras e após 5 dias não deram satisfação. Em relação ao café da manhã, manteve o bom nível de qualidade e variedade, padrão deles, sem muito regionalismo. Os funcionários do café são muito atenciosos. No último dia, que era sábado, descemos para o café após as 9h e nao tinha mesa disponível, onde tivemos que espera pelo menos uns 15 minutos. Os funcionários da recepção nunca estavam simpáticos, sempre com a cara fechada, mas atendiam aos pedidos (exceção os travesseiros...pano de chão do banheiro descemos pra pegar). Acredito que na próxima ida a Garanhuns, escolheremos um Hotel Tradicional, com atendimento mais acolhedor.
