Beach Getaway
Sandy Smiles property was perfect for my family especially since it is pet friendly. We had stayed here for the weekend because my gym was having a beach get together at Terramar Beach and this was perfect! They proved you with a code to the pool which we did not take advantage of but enjoyed watching it from the balcony. The balcony also over looks the lake and other nearby properties. All we had to do was drive or walk across the street and enjoy the beach. Three things that were kind of a pain were the sugar ants especially on the master bathroom countertop. Also when we got there the master bathroom had bowel movement stains that I had to clean. I clean the toilet anywhere I stay but never stayed where it had visible stains in the bowl on arrival day. The property stated they cleaned it before we arrived. Also we tried to get the code on the fishing pier that the guy at the store told my husband that may be available to us. We called and spoke with customer service, who told us they were not sure and would get back to us but they never did. The property comes equipped with almost all household items you would need and cleaning supplies. There is a three burner grill in the shed, Boogie Boards and an outside shower to rinse off the sand. Loved that the property gave us options where my family and I can enjoy the outdoors. Beside the few things I listed as cons I would stay here again.
