As you step inside, you’ll be greeted by relaxing neutrals, comfortable seating, and pops of fresh aquas & blues throughout the home. A custom built-in is the perfect place to hang towels, drop off beach bags, or keep all your flip flops and water shoes easily accessible. The open layout is ideal for slow afternoons, reminiscing about your favorite vacation memories, or enjoying a family movie night together.

The updated kitchen boasts crisp white cabinetry, a light aqua subway tile backsplash, French door refrigerator for easy storage, and an island that’s perfect for prepping or serving casual meals. The nearby dining table has a unique antiqued patina and easily seats 6 in a mixture of chair & bench seating. Additional seating at the island is great for early risers and quick snacks.

Speaking of early risers...3 private bedrooms ensure that everyone can rise at their preferred time without disturbing the rest of their friends or family. The primary suite features an elevated king bed, TV, and en suite full bath with a walk-in shower. Just down the hall you’ll find the queen bedroom with a raised bed, and the bunk room with 2 twin bunks - perfect for kids or teens! The nearby hall bath features a tub & shower and plenty of counter space for toiletries.

PET POLICY
This house is pet friendly and accepts 2 small dogs (each <20 lbs) OR 1 medium dog (40 – 60 lbs) with a non-refundable pet fee of $125+ tax. You must indicate you are “traveling with pets” prior to booking.

We want to help get your trip off to an easy start, so you’ll find a set of starter supplies at your home when you arrive: a roll of toilet paper for each bathroom, dishwashing soap, and shampoo, conditioner, lotion and hand soap for the bathrooms. For longer vacations, please plan to bring your favorite brands with you.
Sheets & bath towels are included with every reservation. Housekeeping places freshly laundered linens in the home before every arrival and will collect any used linens after you depart.

Loved the property and location!! Easy check in and checkout process! The property was clean and very nice as far as style and setup! Just a quick drive to the north end of the island and other activities. Plus, you are right across from the beach and beach parking if you don't want to walk.

The location was great. Had a problem with our bed in master bedroom ended up sleeping separately on the couches. They tried to fix it. I suggest they put the money up for a new bed. Its put together with 1×2.

Overall, the property was clean. The wood floors could use a good mopping though, but that was our only complaint! The house is right across the street from the beach. This was perfect for us since we have small kids. We loaded up the car with gear, and had fun on the beach! The house is in a perfect location for seeing all of Galveston. The property management company was excellent to work with, and they were prompt to answer questions. We would definitely stay here again!

Beautifully decorated and most importantly clean. Was just right for our extended Father’s Day celebrations. The road noise is a bit distracting and neighbors were loud at night. The bunk beds were uncomfortable. Also, wished we had at least at 11am checkout. Otherwise our stay was great!

My rental house

It smells like old lettuce inside the whole house and this house isn’t right on the beach it’s on the other side of the street with houses in the view way of the beach. No closet for master bedroom. Wouldnight mind that if we stayed one night but we where there Thursday-Sunday. I will say the house was super clean with a big patio

Galveston West Beach July 4th

Property was as described/pictured and was just right for the 4 adults and 2 children in our group. The deck was a lovely place for us to congregate, but the noise from the very busy highway which runs directly in front of the property was fairly significant. Owners should consider putting blinds or tinting the large window in the main entrance door to increase privacy. Communication with property management was excellent.
