We had a great stay at this property, which has good off-road parking. It is well located close to the sea wall and the trolley bus stops. There is a light controlled cross-walk at the end of 37th Street to get you safely over the road to the seawall. Jo is a great host to deal with, she was responsive throughout the booking process and during our stay. We had a problem with the shower which Jo sorted out very quickly. We chose this property as a good base for visiting the Space Centre Houston (40 minute drive), Moody Gardens (10 minute drive), and did a fantastic evening ghost walk with Historic Galveston Ghost Tours. It was wonderful to come back to this lovely property after our days out.
My kids, husband and i stayed at the house very spacious. It’s close to the beach walking distance was like 1min also it’s close to the pier as well but not walking distance as we thought wouldn’t recommend driving distance is like 3 min. House had everything you need. Omg the mattresses were comfortable!!
