This elegant home is located in the East End of the Historical District. Coco Shores was built in 1902 and encompasses southern coastal charm. The home includes a porch to entertain guests, a comfortable living room, a charming dining and reading nook, updated kitchen with new appliances, master suite, queen guest room, and precious twin bedroom. After a fun day taking in the Historical Strand, museums, beach, dining, roof top bars you can enjoy the backyard firepit and grill at Coco Shores.

Beautiful Property in Pretty Neighborhood

My friend and I (55 and 69 yo) enjoyed this beautiful property very much. There were many thoughtful touches throughout and the historic home and decor are just lovely. It is within walking distance of the Opera House where we were seeing Lyle Lovett play. The neighborhood is great for strolling and gawking at the amazing homes. Many thanks to the friendly owner!

This place was practically perfect in every way. Perfect for Dickens, restaurants and the Grand theatre. It was also decorated for Christmas! Beautifully done.

A beautiful and comfortable home.

We picked this property for it's location in the Historical District. The Grande 1894 Opera House and The Strand, were both within 2 to 3 blocks. We had no problems finding the house and checkin was so simple. Great communication from the property manager and the price was great. The beds were super comfortable and everything was sparkling clean. This is one of our favorite properties in Galvestion.

Galveston Perfect

We came to Galveston for a girl’s weekend to celebrate a birthday. The house was restored beautifully preserving the charm of the historical district. We appreciated the high end detailed design in each room. We look forward to returning CoCo Shores.
