Relaxing Family Reunion
My family and I had a fun and relaxing stay at the Southern Shore Cove home. It was beautifully decorated and clean. We loved the converted garage game room! We enjoyed having meals in the screened-in patio. The beds were very comfortable. The kitchen was well-stocked for our home-cooked meals. If you're looking for a vacation home on Lake Lanier, I highly recommend this place!

Great lake vacation getaway!
The house was beautiful! Felt pretty private with long driveway to the house and towards back of neighborhood. The game garage and game rooms downstairs were the best! Cannot run out of things to too, especially if it does happen to rain. Lots of room throughout the house. Loved Fish Tales! Just a boat ride around the corner with sandy area for the kids to play! Doesn't hurt to ask about toliet paper rule. That was the only negative for us and turned out to be okay.

Beautiful & Relaxing Lake Setting
Our family had a wonderful time at the lake house! We also took my parents (total of 7) and I can’t say enough about the wonderful setting and 1st class amenities. My teenage daughters and 20 year old son were never bored, between the game room and all the different board and card games. We rented a pontoon boat and a couple jet skis, which we had delivered to the private dock. A typical day was spending an afternoon on the lake tubing, and jet skiing. Coming back and grilling, and spending the evening out on the covered deck playing games, or relaxing in the hot tub. Cleanliness of the house was first rate. The beds were extremely comfortable. Communication with the owners was instant. Any questions we had, or anything we needed was tended to immediately. We will definitely be coming back! Thanks for a memorable family vacation! Best Xmas Getaway Ever!
Wow,Wow,Wow. !! It doesn’t get any better than this.! The house was immaculate , quaint , cozy , and beautifully decorated inside and out for a Christmas . You can feel the love that The owner ,Tessie , has poured into this house. She will exceed all your expectations. She even arranged a visit from Santa for my autistic son, and our other family members. There were surprise amenities galore around every corner and no detail overlooked. We’ll be back for sure.!

Amazing!
We had a wonderful time! The house was beautifully decorated and well stocked! The owners thought of everything and responded right away to our questions. The property is amazing, and we enjoyed playing basketball, the game room, the hot tub, and kayaking around the cove. We ate all our meals on the screened porch. We would definitely stay again!

Most WELCOME house rental!
As a family we rent 2-3 homes a year in various locations & we have never felt more WELCOME in a home than we did here. Every tiny detail added made us feel like the homeowner wanted to share their home with us instead of feeling like we were intruding on someone's vacation home. I could never list every detail that they elevated above other homes -- From the warm welcome note & gift, to the linens being plentiful & plush, the robes & slippers in every closet, providing ample paper products, trash bags, toiletries coffee, snacks & on & on -- this in no way even begins to describe how beautiful the home is. The peaceful serene setting.. THANK you for sharing your home with us & we look forward to booking again!
