I didn't get a confirmation email with the door entry code until i messaged her 30 mins before we arrived, i went into panic mode when i thought we wont get out of the cold when i got to the property, luckily she responded with the code..after we settled in there no hot water she one of her solution was for us to leave at 10pm and she would give a full refund. that was a bad suggesting. She had a plumber come and fix the heat just very inconvenient and when the reason was the housekeepers probably flipped the switch which the plumber had to go outside because something was wrong with the line. I wouldn't do another reservation with this place again. 1* from us
