This is a very special place

Nestled in vineyards of the Medoc region of south west France is this delightful house. The pool is amazing. The outdoor cooking facilities extraordinary, in fact apart from the fairly terrible WiFi this is a great place to spend a week with a large family. Along for the trip came our grandson and we were concerned about the risk of him falling into the pool but the owners had even alarmed that. Just be aware that you need to bring your own towels but given you’ll be using them at the beach which is just 15 minutes away this really isn’t a problem. The supermarkets in Lesparre are just 10 minutes.

Logement convivial et très bien équipé

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour à 2 familles dans cette maison spacieuse et propre située sur un grand terrain arboré. Nous avons particulièrement apprécié la piscine et la cuisine d’été où nous avons passé la majorité du temps.

Tout pour plaire !

Une très grande maison bien équipée , ( literie parfaite ,tout l’équipement souhaitable pour cuisiner sous toutes les formes : barbecue , plancha , fours et double cuisine été - hiver), une piscine chauffée et animée de belles couleurs pour les bains nocturnes , un environnement très calme et un jardin immense , la proximité ( en voiture) de commerces , de plages et lieux touristiques, vraiment notre semaine en famille fut réussie grâce à toutes ces prestations . Sans compter l’accueil chaleureux des propriétaires soucieux que tout se passe bien ( et venant 2 fois dans la semaine s’occuper de la piscine et du jardin ) . Nous recommandons sans réserve cette maison et souhaitons vivement y revenir pour de nouveaux séjours estivaux .

Excellent séjour dans une maison au calme

Nous avons passé une semaine, en famille, dans la maison de Catherine. La maison est en tous points conforme à la description. Elle est vaste, spacieuse. La piscine et le parc sont un plus appréciable en été. Concernant la piscine, nous avons apprécié sa propreté, et son entretien réalisé par le propriétaire. La maison est équipée de tout ce qui est nécessaire pour passer un bon séjour. Bien que n'étant pas dotée de climatisation, elle conserve une température fraîche même durant cette période de canicule. La cuisine d'été est très pratique pour gérer la préparation des repas que l'on prend en terrasse. La maison est située dans une zone relativement calme, à proximité de Gaillan (mais une voiture est tout de même nécessaire pour faire les courses). Catherine et son mari sont faciles à contacter et répondent très rapidement aux questions. Enfin, il est possible d'aller à la plage du Pin Sec en 15 minutes, et sans avoir à supporter un circulation importante. Bref, nous avons passé une excellent semaine, et pu découvrir la région tout en profitant du confort de cette maison.
