The room is clean, quite spacious, the AC works perfectly. There is a choppies supermarket nearby at Puma energy, which is a walkable distance. Make sure you try the beef at the beef restaurant at the grandpalm restaurant. Sadly you have to walk to the other side of the grandpalm restaurant and casino for you to access food

I had a bad experience with check in, they made me wait 2 hrs to check in, no complimentary drink, no apology from the hotel, they could not find the booking but to find it and a alternative solution took more than 2 hrs. i booked a room with twin beds for my mum and me but they gave us a double bed at the end of it. Overall experience was not wonderful

Fix miscommunication with Expedia bookings, its not customer fault and if B2B doesnt work then dont list with them. Customer got help for hours pending proof of purchase despite having everything including email. They insisted getting email forwarded to them. Absolutely aweful experience

The rooms were fine for the price, but you are certainly getting what you pay for. The breakfast is not included, despite what it says online. Likewise most of the other reviews are accurate with no water for purchase, no restaurant in the hotel, and rooms not ready at the time stated in the emails. Over all it wasn’t horrible, but disappointing that most of the negative reviews were correct.

I’m not having any kind of coffee service in the lobby or in the mornings is not good. So even meeting people having meetings with people in the nice lobby area there are no drinks of any kind to be purchased.

The cleaning crew were great. But the front office was rude and just unpleasant to deal with. THERE ARE NO RESTAURANTS IN THIS HOTEL. You have to walk to another hotel to get ANY FOOD. They will give you one water bottle, if you ask for more after 5pm, they will not give you any. And yes, NO ROOM SERVICE. There is a convenience store near by, but if you don't have water in the night, then good luck walking to the store. The first day my AC wouldn't work. When i talked to the receptionist, he said "Maybe it does not want to work." And he turned around and went about his business. I was pissed, but controlled myself and requested him to please do something. He said he'll 'try.' After an hour i went back and asked again, he barely acknowledged me. Third time i made a issue. After another hour a technician came up and told me that the AC is frosted over. It took another hour before they changed rooms. Terrible customer service. Please also check the ratings that Hotels.com is saying for this hotel. It's not a 5 star hotel. This is a budget hotel with old furniture and NO RESTAURANTS.
