mauvaise surprise!
Dès notre arrivée, nous avons été très surpris de voir entreposé dans le porche d'entrée, une grande quantité d'outils et de matériel de bricolage poussiéreux.
Un paillasson élimé nous attendait.
Le placard dans le hall est plein d'une multitude d'objets et de quelques vêtements.
Les angles des murs sont abîmés, le mur près de la clim est réparé grossièrement au plâtre sans être repeint, la poussière s'accumule sur les étagères les plinthes, la hotte et les bibelots en verre en sont devenus opaques, des toiles d'araignées garnissent une étagère en bois, des traces de doigts sont visibles sur les appareils électroménagers, l'égouttoir est sale et plein de calcaire, la cafetière a gardé les éclaboussure du café.
il manque une ampoule et deux caches au dessus de l'évier.
Des coulures sales sont à noter sur le bas des portes de la salle de bain et des WC ainsi que sur le mur à gauche de la cheminée qui elle, n'a pas été vidée de ses cendres, la vitre est noire de suie.
Dans la chambre, l'alèze posée à l'envers sur le lit dissimule des tâches.
Le petit jardin pourrait être agréable s'il était entretenu mais là encore du matériel est entreposé, la table et les chaises de jardin sont rouillées.
Devant la maison, les odeurs d'urine du chien des voisins est désagréable.
Les points positifs sont le mobilier, l'électroménager et la vaisselle qui sont en très bon état.
Pour conclure, nous ne conseillons pas ce logement, on ne s'y sent pas à l'aise car trop négligé.
