Right in front of the ocean in Futtsu, Chiba, we built an energy-independent eco house completely disconnected from power lines. This carefully crafted home has even received the Japan Eco House Award. Inspired by the architect Jun Masuzawa’s iconic work, “The Minimal House with an Atrium,” this compact 9-tsubo (approx. 30 m²) residence features a dramatic open ceiling that creates a surprisingly spacious and airy atmosphere.

Enjoy breathtaking ocean views, a private sauna, and BBQ by the sea — a stay that refreshes both body and mind. Recommended for 2 guests (up to 3 guests possible).
