The room was clean, quiet. Very friendly staff. The breakfast needed more food variety and quantity. The transactions were very friendly and efficient. This review reflets a replacement room that was granted because the original room of the reservation had 3 issues that made it impossible to stay.

Not much for breakfast and building seems old, dingy and smelly. Changed a light bulb in the bathroom that went out after day one, battery was dead on remote and phone was dead so I couldn't call the front desk. Stains and dirt though out the room. Staff did help as much as possible. Would not stay again

Demolish the entire building and rebuild. When you have roaches, it's a CLEAR SIGN it's time to demo! Everything else about the property also screams year it down. It's an old building, old bathrooms, rusted faucets, tv has no signal, ac cooled room to a muggy 72° and lets not forgot the brown crawling guests that greeted us. Why did I stay you ask?? Other nearby hotels were booked, yes I checked. I was willing to forgo my nonrefundable payment. And yes I did bring it to staff's attention in the morning because of course no one was manning the desk when I returned for the night. So we barely slept waiting for morning. I've never had this experience before in all my life of staying in hotels. I've stayed in modest places before but this was just unacceptable on ALL levels. Run don't walk or just keep driving to another hotel.

The room was hot, over 90 degrees and no air circulation. The room stank like old cigarettes and rotten sperm. I was not about to stay there. I was unable to get a refund and the staff were like “oh we don’t blame you.”

We had bugs in our room. The bathroom wasn’t clean. The towels didn’t look clean. We went to the store and purchased some. The safety bar to help you get in and out of the shower wasn’t attached to the wall. The dresser drawer would not stay closed. The beds were not attached to headboard. They would move when we got up and sat down. The hallway smelled like weed. The locks on the door were sketchy.
