We spent one night at the hotel. Very convenient location. Liked the underground parking although very tight spots. Room was small, but had everything we needed. Comfortable bed, mini bar, air conditioning. We had dinner at the restaurant. Food was good, although it took a long time to be served. Our waiter was extremely rude, unprofessional and insulting. Upon checkout, we were never asked how our stay was. Overall liked the hotel, but the staff needs training on customer service.

Unexpected pleasant surprise!

This hotel was a very pleasant surprise. Much different than the best Western hotels of old in the United States. Extremely clean and well appointed. Nice bar with great seating area very close to the center of town but a little bit off the beaten path with easy parking. Very accessible rooms with elevator and nice modern shower front desk. Staff was extremely helpful.

Loved this gem. Joella was top notch help. Love the place from the Neuschwanstein floor lobby marble to coffees to go! Clean, everything you need hated the hand soap contraption but such a minor detail. Big windows to open. Easy to stay here and walkable to all things needed. Really appreciated the free Füssen town bus pass, it was so handy. Would stay again. Thank you!
