The new Cityloft Smaragd apartment has premium equipment. It is particularly well suited for allergy sufferers and asthmatics because it mainly consists of historically proven natural substances. The Cityloft Smaragd is located in a commercial area in the Nuremberg / Fürth area and is excellently connected to the motorway and local public transport. (Fair with car 20 min., Playmobil Funpark 10 min., Nuremberg Christkindlsmarkt, Fürther Mittelaltermarkt, Erlanger Bergkirchweih).
Regional delicacies and well-known culinary highlights are in the immediate vicinity.

The City Loft Smaragd is located right next to the Cityloft Lapis Lazuli and is designed for four people. It was completed in January 2018 and has premium equipment. All rooms are provided with pleasant, healthy, low-temperature floor heating in the cold season.
Balcony: Access to the City Loft Smaragd is via an external staircase on the east side, which opens onto a wonderful, spacious covered balcony 2 meters wide and 5 meters long. The balcony is ideal for lingering at sunrise and sunset.
Kitchen: The equipment includes a fully equipped, fully functional, new fitted kitchen with dishwasher, extractor hood, large fridge, extra freezer and a dining table for six people. In the kitchen there is a coffee machine, toaster, kettle, teapot and crockery and cutlery for 10 people. Tea towels and dishwasher tabs as well as waste containers (for waste separation) are available.
Living room: In the living room there is a new couch with bed function (140x200cm), if necessary a comfortable air cushion bed as well as a new TV and desk with power connection. Game collection in the TV cabinet. The evening lighting can be regulated as required. Natural oak flooring.
Bathroom: The exclusive designer bathroom leaves nothing to be desired. A double washbasin with a large mirror cabinet creates a cozy atmosphere. The shower offers enough space for a relaxed shower. A hand towel and a shower towel are available for each guest, if necessary additional towels can be provided. The walls and floor are tiled.
Emerald bedroom: The green bedroom contains two beds with allergy-free bed linen, two wardrobes, two bedside tables, a desk with a lamp and a clothes rack. Flooring is natural wood oak.
The room temperature can be controlled electronically during the heating period.
Storage room: washing machine available with drying rack, iron, brooms large and small, hand sweeper, bucket, rag, vacuum cleaner, vacuum cleaner bag.
Due to the above equipment, the City Loft Smaragd is not suitable for pets. The introduction of hazardous substances of any kind is also strictly prohibited. Smoking is strictly prohibited. In the event of violations, an additional cleaning and processing fee of EUR 2,000.00 is due immediately. This also applies to any visitors to our guests
