The apartment consists of one spacious bedroom with fitted wardrobe, one bathroom with shower, an open kitchen, bright living/dining room equipped with modern and comfortable furniture and a sofa bed. From the living room there is direct access to a south-west facing terrace with views of the pool area.
The urbanization offers a very large pool and a beautiful pool area with green lawns.
