We propose to you to the rent, on the commune of Frontignan, this charming air-conditioned house, at only 3 kilometers of the beach, of a surface of 45 m ² and being able to accomodate until 4 travellers. It is composed of a nice living room of 30 m², an equipped kitchen, a nice bedroom, a shower room and you can enjoy a garden of about 35 m² and a terrace. Wifi, sheets and towels included, we are waiting for you!

The accommodation is composed as follows:
- A living room of 30 m² with TV, double sofa bed and dining area that can accommodate 4 guests.
- An open kitchen equipped with kettle, Tassimo coffee maker, microwave oven, cooking plates, refrigerator...
- A bedroom with a double bed (140×190).
- A bathroom with shower and toilet.

Outside :
- A closed garden of 35 m² facing south as well as a terrace with furniture to enjoy the beautiful days!
- A parking space at the entrance of the yard.

For even more comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: baby bed, washing machine, iron.
