When we arrived my room was taken so we got a lower one I paid for a balcony a week ahead of time, we didn’t get told about the pool and hot tub was down so me and my kids were ready and had to pay some where to do something with them , someone spilled seeds out side the door we told them about it the day before we left as housekeeper were on the phones and didn’t clean it up until after we left, and then we would have to pay $16 a plate so um yeah , if we need a place to Silverthorne rec center was awesome !!! The breakfast was really good thanks chef!!!

The front desk employee was very friendly and professional besides that there isn’t much good to say about this property. There was a trail of mud on the floor when we arrived which was there for over one day. Our sheets had a hair on them. When we asked for extra towels, they pulled them out of a big bin of laundry. We had no idea if they were clean.

Selected this location planning to relax in the hot tub. Come to find out neither pool or hot tub were operational. Room darkening shade was also non-operational sohad the glare of outside lights all night just dampened by the view hindering shade.

I wish i could have rated the staff higher as the two staff that were working what seemed like 24 hour shifts were not able to sustain the hours because management wouldn't allow them to be paid overtime. Additionally the management would not allow their staff off at the posted end of shift. Finally, management had fired all bit the two posted without hiring replacements causing the issue.

Our firstvroom the heat and air didn't work, then the toilet wouldn't flush. They gave us a different room, went to the new room and there was people already in that room. The third room we were put in wasn't updated like the other rooms were. Also, the pool and hot tub that was advertised (also why we chose this hotel) was all under construction. This was after the employees checked us in, watch us try to get in the pool are and never notified us of this.

I’ve stayed at several different hotels in the area and this one is by far the best value. The rooms are very clean, well equipped and modern. Brandon, who works the front desk, has been a pleasure to deal with.

The price and location are good. But this property has an entire floor of rooms with no windows - or a window that opens to a literal brick wall with no light whatsoever!! When moved to a new room when our mini fridge did not work, we were moved to another room without a window. Tell customers that ahead of time!

Good place, they need to however bring their game up on warm breakfast. Cold coffee, no real cream for coffee, most warm food not kept warm! Who uses 4 oz cups for coffee? Just few improvements will help get this place up to par for what a Holiday Inn should be!

Room was clean and nice, but the tv didn’t work. Told them twice, and they said they would come up and get it to work, but they never came. Fridge wasn’t plugged in, so we plugged it in, and all our food was frozen in the morning. Pool and hot tub weren’t in service.
