Step inside to discover stunning new interior carpeting and upholstery that elevate the ambiance of every room. Head in the direction of the spectacular Compass Rose. This uniquely designed home calls the Brigands Bay waterfront home. Compass Rose has every amenity. The ground level has good parking, an outdoor shower, a renter's storage cage, a basketball hoop, and a large boat dock. The all-weather entry leads to a recreation room with a pool table and a TV or to the lower vestibule with a half bath. The first level has three waterfront bedrooms with decks and two baths. The first bedroom has a private bath. The second-level great room has tall ceilings, expansive sun decks, and bragging rights to the island's best views. A comfortable glass-walled living area catches all east-facing and water views. The dining area with an adjacent hot tub room follows the sun from rising to set. The excellent kitchen with a breakfast bar is great for everything from crepes to crabs. A large third-level bedroom, with a private bath and a TV and DVD player, has world-class views. Explore the beautiful canals and sound of Brigands Bay with the two provided kayaks. If you're lost in a sea of vacation selections, try the Compass Rose!
