Enjoy Fripp Island beauty in this spacious 3 bedroom, 3 en-suite bathroom home.  Beautiful views overlooking a laogon and the 8th hole of Ocean Point Golf course.  This home offers a private setting, just a few mintues walk to the beach. Situated on a large half acre yard great for outdoor games, cookouts and entertaining. 

Open concept living, dining, large newly renovated kitchen floor plan provides plenty of room for everyone to gather.   Tasteful and comfortable furnishings throughout, including Flat screen smart TV's in each bedroom and Living Room.   Two sliding glass doors open from the living room to a large backporch overlooking a beautiful lagoon and golf course.  Kitchen is well appointed and offers serving for 12pp, an assortment of pots and pans, crock pot, tupperware, pyrex, a keurig, drip coffee maker, and much, much more. Whirpool stainless steel appliances are provided in the home with brand new Samsung washer and dryers. 

Home is fully stocked with everything you need to enjoy the island; gas grill, patio fruniture, bath towels, resort access, and golf cart. Amenity cards are available for purchase to access the resort pools, two award winning golf courses, tennis courts, and restaurants. We offer a four passenger electric golf cart included with a weekly stay or it can be rented for stays less than a week. Sunday to Sunday bookings only Memorial Day-Labor Day.

Nest Thermostat, 4 Seat Golf Cart, 3 Hairdryers, Ironing Board and Iron, viking gas range, Magic Bullet, Blender, Hand Blender, Drip Coffee Maker, Kuerig, well appointed kitchen, 100% cotton hotel quality bed linens, 2 Bath Towels and 1 Hand Towel Per Guest, and Rollaway Bed.

Serendipity is a Wonderful Property

The property is very nice - certainly the best one we have ever rented. Excellent mattresses and bedding. It is a split floor plan with one bedroom next to the kitchen and dining area and the other two bedrooms at the opposite end of the house. I would say this house has three master bedrooms with en-suites. Great water pressure in the showers. The house is handicapped friendly with only two steps on the back deck. Although there are more steps in the front, the stairs are well built and have strong handrails. One bathroom shower stall has built-in handrails and a shower sprayer that can be raised/lowered. I brought a shower chair for my Dad and he was able to take showers in there without help. The kitchen is well-stocked for grilling and stovetop/oven cooking and offers plenty of flatware, glasses, and place settings. The kitchen in this house is as good as my own home. Dining is available at the large table, at the island, and at the outside table. The backyard is a fantastic place to relax and watch wildlife - deer, birds, and alligators. The outdoor furnishings are comfortable and beautiful. We spent lots of time outside in the mornings, afternoons, and evenings. The updates to this property have been well-planned for function and aesthetics. The landscape is a perfect blend of grass, concrete, pea gravel, decking, pine straw, sand, and vegetation. Lastly, Tracy is very helpful if you have any questions.

Serendipity Paradise

Our stay in this lovely home was fabulous and very clean! Close to beach access. Lots of wildlife to see while sitting by the firepit and viewing the lagoon and golf course. Impressive well stocked kitchen! Tracy was very accommodating and responded to our inquiries quickly. The perfect host! We would definitely stay in this home again!

Absolutely perfect

From the moment we arrived we knew we had made the right choice. Tracy was extremely helpful throughout the entire process, really made us feel welcome. The house was in a great location, we had deer walking through the back yard while we sat outside, looking across the lagoon. The house was super clean, beautifully furnished, and had everything we could want there. Loved the amount of glass, really brought the outside in. Had the most relaxing vacation we've ever had, cant wait to return.

I can’t say enough about this house and the attention to detail- from how the house is laid out with a very open floor plan, to how well it is stocked. The home is, by far, the cleanest and most well- stocked home we have stayed in on the island. I love all of the upgrades (a few things are slightly different than pictured, but all for the better!!). We are used to staying oceanfront, but our normal rental was unavailable for our needed dates this year. We loved being in a different location on the island. We enjoyed a prefect week and look forward to staying in this home again!

Amazing Property & Host

after our initial booking, Tracy was an amazing communicator, laying out simple expectations and processes for our vacation to get started! Upon arrival, the home was impeccably cleaned, the decor was outstanding, everything we had hoped for. I must say that the home was more equipped and functional than any home we’ve rented on the island. Overall it was an outstanding stay and we would definitely book this property again. Great home, great island

We had a wonderful stay at Serendipity on Fripp Island with our family of 5, including two adult children. The place is spacious, open and well appointed. The owner is a great communicator which made the check in process very easy. The island was quiet and uncrowded. The golf courses are excellent, and affordable.

A great stay on Fripp

The house was perfect. There was more than enough room for our family. The kitchen and living area were especially great. The house was clean, and of course we enjoyed riding the golf cart to different activities on the island. We would definitely book this location again.
