Open floor plan with over 3,800 square feet of indoor living space.This renovated home on quiet and prestigious Marlin Drive sleeps 22 people in the 6 bedrooms, each with its own attached full bathroom. The kitchen has maple cabinets, granite counters, and stainless steel appliances. The six full bathrooms have granite counters, tile floors, and maple vanities. There are hardwoods throughout.Bedroom setup: There are 4 bedrooms on the main level, 2 oceanfront with a king bed in each, 2 additional bedrooms with 2 queen beds in each room. There are 2 bedrooms upstairs, 1 oceanfront with a king bed and queen sleeper sofa with new memory foam matress, another bedroom with two sets of twin over queen bunk beds and a queen sleeper sofa with new memory foam matress. Each of the 6 bedrooms has a new smart TV with streaming capability.Beach Access #2 is conveniently located just one house away.We also have a ping pong table with seating underneath, beach toys, beach chairs and beach towels, along with a second refrigerator located in the garage. Plenty of games and puzzles are on hand.  Please note that we do not provide a golf cart, but they are available for rent on the island.
There’s both a drip coffee pot and a K-cup style brewer.
PETS MUST BE PREAPPROVED.  You will be asked to sign a pet agreement and pay a non refundable $150 pet fee for the first pet and $75 for a 2nd pet. An additional $300 will be charged for guests that show up with a dog without approval.
Amenity cards are available for purchase. These must be used to access pools, tennis courts, restaurants, and the 2 championship golf courses.Club cards are required to enjoy any of the Fripp Island Resort amenities and they are available for purchase with this property. If you opt to purchase cards, a new 12.8% resort fee based on the rental amount before taxes, cleaning and other fees will be charged in addition to the cost of the individual Club cards.
