Perfect Getaway!

A perfect getaway. There are no less words to describe our stay. My family and I arrived on the island late in the afternoon. We were greeted right away by some of the beautiful deer that call the island home. The house is at the end of a beautiful, wooded street. The street is a peninsula surrounded by a marsh. The house was clean and continued all the amenities that we needed. The golf cart at the property was a great plus. We thought when planning a late October trip it would be a little cold, however the weather was perfect. You are able to drive a golf cart all over the island. We were able to easily access the beach two days with a short golf cart ride up the street. We took several walks a day around the island as well. There is a trail/boardwalk that takes you from the neighborhood, over the marsh and to the main street on the island. The boys loved being able to fish on the pier that was at the end of the short trail located right beside the house. One night we made dinner at the house with the flounder that was caught. We have already began talking about going back. My family and I have visited a lot of beaches up and down the east coast and Fripp Island is one of a kind. We did purchase the club cards. We used them for golf course access, and dining at two restaurants.

Needle in the Haystack

This is not our first time staying here, you couldn’t ask for a better location! The sunsets from the back porch are unreal, very best on the whole island! Neighborhood is quiet and cozy. We’ve been traveling to Fripp several times per year for many, many, years. We’ve stayed in many different houses on the island. This home is truly a needle in the haystack! Thank you for sharing your home with us!

Spacious and comfortable

Nice quiet 5-day stay in February. This was a great place to enjoy the beautiful view of the marsh and watch the deer that hang out around the house, and the beach is exceptional for walking.

Family Vacation

Wonderful week in this beautiful home. Enjoyed our coffee every morning from the deck watching the deer. Nice ride in the golf cart to the beach. Kitchen is well stocked. House is clean and comfortable. The owner checked in several times to make sure a stay was going well. We have rented it again for next year!

Great location for a long weekend stay

We had a wonderful stay at the house for a long weekend on Fripp Island. Home was very clean and had everything you need. Perfect location - very quiet, beautiful views, and the golf cart made it super easy to get around the island. We will definitely be back!

Amazing Property

This house was by far one of our most favorite we have stayed in! It was SO clean and was stocked with everything you could possibly need. The view of the sunset over the marina each night was breathtaking. We will be back!

Frippin’ Amazing

WONDERFUL experience! House and all accommodations were perfect. Greeting the deer and birds every morning made it seem like a Disney movie. Golf cart trips to the beach are our new favorite thing! Couldn’t ask for a better place to stay!

A beautiful home

This is a beautiful beach cottage. The decor is tasteful and updated, the kitchen modern and very well stocked, and the furniture is comfortable. It's spotless. Located on the marsh, the setting is idyllic, private, and the views are spectacular. The screened porch has comfortable furniture for relaxing and a high top table for dining. The golf cart provides a fun way to get around the island. The beaches are wide and beautiful. Pam is extremely responsive and cares greatly that your stay is optimal. Thank you Pam! We had a perfect girls' getaway!!!

Great Views, Nice House

The views are great off of the deck. The location, back in the marsh, is quiet & the small pool in the neighborhood is nice. The golf cart (with seat belts) is great for families with small kids. We used the kayak & beach cart too, which was a nice touch. There were beach chairs, kids toys, umbrellas, multiple kayaks, coolers, & beach cruiser bikes in the garage too. Communication with the owner was excellent. Our only complaints were minor, it would be nice to have a few more dinner plates in the kitchen, the pillows on the beds were flat & uncomfortable, and I wish we had the ability to purchase amenity cards. The advantages of a nice house, great location, stocked garage, golf cart, & an owner with great communication far outweigh our minor complaints. Very nice house!

Beautiful home with amazing view!

Our family and friends LOVE this home! It is not only a beautiful and spacious but the entire back of the house also has the most amazing view of the marsh. The house has everything we need including tons of extra bath towels, laundry detergent, assorted Nespresso cups, beach chairs/ boogie boards, etc. Pam, the owner, is fantastic to communicate with and answer any questions. I think everyone will be happy staying in this home, and we certainly plan to stay here again next year.

Favorite House

We've been coming to Fripp for many years and this is by far the best house we've stayed in. The views are beautiful and the location on the marsh is peaceful. The house is beautifully decorated, clean, and comfortable. We'd love to stay here again on our next trip.

Great house in the marsh!

My family and I visit Fripp Island every year, and we enjoyed this house very much! It met all of our needs, and Pam was an exceptional hostess. The views were incredible and the home is lovely. I would recommend this property, and would rent it again.

a great stay on the marsh

This is in the best location on the Island, We have stayed close to this house about 5 other times in the past, and we just love the marsh area. It is so convenient to have the golf cart to tour around the island or go to the beach--parking the golf cart is never a problem. We also enjoyed a long bike ride during our stay. Watching the osprey off the crabbing dock was an added plus this year. Thank you Pam for being such a great host.

Great family vacation!

This is a great home for a family vacation. All 3 bedrooms are very spacious and comfortable. The large open kitchen, dining and living areas allowed for great meals and family time. We caught several large fish off the dock right beside the house. The deck areas have the best view of the sunset on the island. The large patio area out back was great for outside play for the grandbaby. The house is nicely stocked with everything you need for cooking and relaxing. The home owner communications were pleasant. The house is located at the end of the cul-de-sac with minimal traffic. It was nice to have fishing rods, beach chairs, and golf cart!
