Villa Pescaero is a true Andalusian cortijo set in a stunning natural location, right in the dry riverbed of the Higuerón River in Frigiliana. Surrounded by mountains and lush vegetation, its unique setting makes it the perfect retreat for those looking to disconnect from daily life and enjoy the peace and quiet of nature.



This property truly stands out for its outdoor spaces. It features a spacious barbecue area, an outdoor dining space, and a large private pool — ideal for enjoying sunny days with family or friends in a private and relaxed atmosphere.



Inside, the house offers comfort while preserving its rustic charm. There are two bedrooms: the main bedroom has two double beds and can comfortably accommodate up to four people in the same space. The second bedroom has two single pull-out beds (trundle style). The house also includes a full indoor bathroom and an additional outdoor toilet, perfect for poolside days.

Important information about access

To reach Villa Pescaero, you must drive approximately 15 minutes through the dry riverbed of the Higuerón River via an unpaved, stony path. Because of this, a high-clearance or SUV-type vehicle is essential. Standard taxis and transfer services cannot access the property. The access is rural, but once you arrive, the peace and natural surroundings are well worth it.



The villa is located just 15 minutes by car from the center of Frigiliana and 20 minutes from the beaches of Nerja, making it easy to enjoy both the countryside and the coast.
