The apartment was a good pet friendly place in a quiet neighborhood. The host was very quick to respond to all my questions. My only negative is Friendship itself. There is only one restaurant and had limited hours (probably due to the time of year). If you like quiet down time, it’s great though.

This is a beautiful rental in a charming older home. Overall we enjoyed our stay. While there isn't much to do in Friendship especially during the off season, there are multiple nearby towns a short drive from the rental. We recognize that this rental is newer and hope our feedback will result in improvements for future renters: -improved communication from host about check in/out procedures, wifi, lack of central heating and air -initally the space seemed clean but we soon found dirty appliances, leftover food in the fridge from past guests, old used kitchen sponges with no clean replacements, used loofah and lots of hair in the shower drain, as well a some pieces of trash. -There also were no pot holders to be found for oven use. The master bed was very comfortable and warm so that was a plus. Again, a beautiful rental in a quiet coastal town, but definitely some improvements to be made.
