Alles war sauber. Terasse war super zum sitzen und grillen. Der Hund hat sich super gefühlt. In der Nähe sind büsum und sankt peter Ording. Wer hier Urlaub macht,würde es imner wieder machen.

Das ein und aus Checken war sehr unklompliziert. Es war alles sehr geräumig ( ausser der Dusche, die ist nur für sehr schlanke ) und sauber. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und können das Haus für Familien nur empfehlen. Vielen Dank an Frau Marwick für die tolle Kommunikation

Nette Ferienwohnung mit ein paar Gebrauchsspuren

In der Ferienwohnung alles vorhanden, sauber und geräumig mit viel Stauraum. Für eine Familie mit Hund zu empfehlen. Ein paar Kleinreperaturen an den Außenanlagen sind bis zum Sommer sicher erledigt.Wir haben und sehr wohlgefühllt.

Alles war wunderbar!

Ein kleines, gemütlich eingerichtetes Haus in einer guten Lage für einen ruhigen Familienurlaub. Wir konnten sogar acht Personen unterbringen (drei Erwachsene und fünf Kinder). Es sind alle notwendigen Geräte für den Haushalt vorhanden, alle in sehr gutem Zustand. Vielen Dank an Frau Mawick für die hervorragende Vorbereitung und die vielen Informationen für den Urlaub. Alles war wunderbar!

Nicht schön

Check in nicht schön, ein älterer Herr gab mir verschlafen Anweisung wie ich den ziemlich hoch angebrachten schlüsselsafe öffnen konnte. Im Haus selbst lässt die Sauberkeit zu wünschen übrig. Die Möbel sind bereits in die Jahre gekommen und sollten überdacht werden, die Wendeltreppe kann man nicht leise begehen, ärgerlich wenn die Kinder schlafen. Ameisen haben die Terrasse übernommen. Die Kleiderschränke sind überfüllt mit Bettdecken, somit nicht für Garderobe zu gebrauchen. Die klospülung lief ununterbrochen nach…. Im Garten stapelt sich altes Holz, Verletzungsgefahr für Kinder. Uns wurde erst kurz vor urlaubsantritt mitgeteilt, dass der gesamte Deich gesperrt ist , wir wurden um 7 Uhr vom Baustellen Verkehr geweckt. Wir sind bereits einen Tag früher abgereist. Nachdem mein Mann mit der Vermieterin gesprochen hat und uns ein Nachlass versprochen wurde, warten wir vergeblich darauf.

Urlaub Friedrichskoog Spitze

Es war ein super Urlaub, trotz das der Deich momentan eine Baustelle ist, gibt es genug Ausflugsziele. Einziger Manko war das der Zaun nicht komplett geschlossen war (Tor nicht vorhanden). Würden die Wohnung beim nächsten mal wieder buchen.

Schönes gemütliches Ferienhaus

Wir als Familie (2 Erwachsene und ein Kleinkind) waren sehr zufrieden. Das Ferienhaus hat alles nötige, die Küche ist gut ausgestattet und sauber, auch ein Gitterbett für Kinder und ein Kinderstuhl sind vorhanden. Die Lage ist sehr ruhig und man hört hauptsächlich nur das Vogelgezwitscher. Leider ist zur Zeit eine große Baustelle an der Uferpromenade, dennoch kann man einen schönen Spaziergang zum Trischendamm oder eine Wattwanderung machen. Die Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin war einwandfrei und auch die Verwaltung antwortete schnell.

Schönes Doppelhaus in Friedrichskoog-Spitze

Wir haben 5 Tage in dem schönen Doppelhaus eine sehr schöne Zeit verbracht. Angefangen von der Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin passte alles hervorragend. Das Haus selbst liegt zentral im Wohnviertel von Friedrichskoog-Spitze und trotzdem ist man schnell am Deich oder den Restaurants bzw. den Geschäften. Parken kann man direkt auf dem Grundstück was über eine schön breite Zufahrt gut befahren werden kann. Das Haus verfügt über einen eigenen Glasfaseranschluss was eine stabile Internet-/WLAN-Versorgung garantiert. Direkt neben dem Eingang gibt es eine kleine aber sehr gut und komplett ausgestattete Küche. Geradeaus kommt man in den Ess-/Wohnbereich. Über eine Wendeltreppe gelangt man in den 1 Stock in dem man zwei Schlafzimmer, eins mit Doppelbett und eins mit zwei Einzelbetten, sowie ein Duschbad findet. Wir kommen gerne wieder.
