Girls Trip

This was the perfect place to stay for a girls trip! The location was quiet and very well kept up. We even saw an orca right off the beach which was a bonus!

Nicely done!!

I rented it for my adult children over the fourth. I was very impressed! The grounds were meticulous. The cute two bedroom ADU was Very clean, comfortable, and well decorated. If I had to do one myself I would do something very similar. Located on the water in a quiet neighborhood. Would highly recommend!

Clean, cozy, and well-stocked. This place is a must!

Property is in amazing condition and has wonderful views of the sound. Everything was clean and ready for us. Check-in was easy. Owners were extremely friendly. The location is a bit remote, so if that is what you are looking for, you are in luck. But be prepared for a drive to Roche Harbor (or a long walk).

Lovely location

Overall great location. Very clean - cleanliness is a big deal for my family. It’s quite comfortable and homey. We would rent again. We just had a small water issue about 7am this morning - there was no water flowing. We tried calling the property management but no one answered. The water issue was short lived about 40 mins and somehow it was restored, not really a big issue.

Great place to stay in San Juan

This is our third visit staying on the island. This is a great place to stay. The garage apartment is perfect. You can also go to the beach and start your day watching the sunset with your coffee. This place is done very well. Highly recommend. Great location on the island.

Beautiful, immaculate getaway with views and private beach access

Exquisite newly decorated unit, makes me want to remodel my existing home and hire the owner to do it. Everything is thought of, serenespit…. and lovely hosts. What could be better

SPOTLESS HOME WITH EXCELLENT LOCATION

The house was spotless from the outside to the inside. It had everything you could ask for. Super quiet neighborhood. The short walk to the private beach area behind the home was incredible. Plus the views were perfect. The on site owners were very pleasant and available should anything was needed. I would go here again.

Brand new, clean, quiet place with A/C and great Wi-Fi!

I booked this place without any reviews (because it was brand new). But I’m so glad I trusted it — it was clean and perfect! One of the best vrbos I have ever stayed in. I feel like they picked higher end finishings. Can’t recommend it enough. I would note this is a place for those who have a car (drive on) the island as it’s a short drive to Roche Harbor. Not walkable to Roche. Their internet (Wi-Fi) worked great too as advertised. It’s a very quiet place located on a residential street. If you are looking for quiet this is great. If you are loud, please don’t stay here as the couple is lovely and they live right next door and that wouldn’t be fair to them :) The couple has the sweetest dog but it’s behind a fence so you don’t have to interact with her if you don’t want to. (We wanted to - what a love bug!) Would stay again and HIGHLY recommend. Oh and yes has laundry - not in unit but one floor down.

Highly Recommend! Home away from Home

The unit is absolutely amazing! Had peaceful retreat with my family. New, Clean, Quiet and spacious with Views of the water and access to the beach at low tide. the access is through the homeowner's yard and down a few steps. Able to work remotely, although the internet connection shut down the first day luckily it was at the end of the day. It worked fine for the remaining days of our vacation. I would have given a 5 for cleanliness but found a couple of used towels behind the bathroom door and in the washing machine. Overall Satisfied and will definitely be coming back!

Clean and Serene

This is a lovely location steps away from the water. The unit is cozy, comfortable, and clean, with enough space for up to 4 people. The beds and rooms were great, as well as the kitchen (with a view of the water!) and bathroom. The property is a short walk to a rugged beach worthy of exploring, and as a bonus, a 10 min walk to beautiful and secluded public beach/park with rocky outcropping and massive driftwood. 20 min to Friday Harbor, 10 to Roche Harbor, and about d30 min of anywhere else you might want to go.
