Great Family Vacay

Great stay at a beautiful home! Kids had a great time in the swimming pool! Management was very responsive and made sure our stay was great!

The house was lovely with a beautiful backyard perfect for relaxing. It came well stocked with paper products, soaps, and coffee. Great location and easy access. Great house, but there were a few issues. 1/2 of the yard string lights didn’t workPool light doesn’t workSinks upstairs were very slow draining - need draino!Master bath left faucet water sprays poorly1/2 bath faucet needs to be repaired/ replacedHole in 2nd upstairs bathroom tubTowel rack in 2nd upstairs bathroom fell off the wallNot enough towels - 4 bath towels is not enough for a 3 bedroom house! Need dish washcloths for washing dirty dishesPatio furniture needs new cushions, not comfortable. No spatula in the kitchenNon-stick pans are in poor condition (probably due to no plastic spatula in house). Toilet paper holders are loose / falling off wallIce maker doesn’t workWiFi password did not come correctly in check in instructions. Could only receive later via text. Got wet by sprinklers twice in evening due to coming on in the early evening. They need to adjust the timing. They also need to adjust the sprinkler spray to not hit guests on patio.

Great place for Yosemite and Sequoia

We picked this place because it was close to both national parks and it was perfect. Outside area was lovely and we played board games outside at night. Had all the amenities needed. Would stay again.

Great Family Stay

My family and I stayed in Clovis to visit other family; I prefer booking homes over hotels for family trips, and this house was perfect. Very clean and updated! There was plenty of space for everyone and we even got a lot of laughs playing the board games they had. :) The hosts were very communicative and kind and went above and beyond to make this a great weekend trip. I cannot recommend this home and the hosts enough! Thank you!

Clovis House

Beautiful home in a great neighborhood. Would love to have had a remote for the garage door and more than one towel for each person and the batteries were dead in the remote for the tv in the master bedroom but overall it was a great experience. We found a great breakfast spot nearby called Batter Up Pancakes which we ate at every morning.

All in all was a good place, little disappointed with the cleanliness urine stains on the floor outside the bedrooms really needs a deep clean and maintenance. Pictures were definitely from realtor listing not up to date. But the host communicated well just disappointing with the cleaning and upkeep of the property.

Base for long weekend visiting Yosemite and Sequoia

Very nice stay in Clovis for visiting three national parks Fri-Monday. We did Yosemite the first day, Sequoia second day, and Kings Canyon last. A bit of a drive but we knew that going in, we wanted the bigger city amenities for dinner / groceries, etc. Home was as described and pool was great after long days at the parks! We would stay at one of Kyles places again!

Great House in Fresno

The house was perfect. Great beds, beautiful baths and and amazing pool. Bring your pool floats and don't forget the pump because you are going to want to relax all day in the pool. Communication was very prompt. We would stay here again when in the area. THANKS

This property is beautiful, functional, quiet, full of fun with the pool and the fire pit. Easy access to Old Town Clovis and things to visit in Fresno like the magnificent zoo. Looking forward to coming again

Our Double Booking Nightmare

We did not stay because when we got to the house it was already occupied by another family. It was a very important weekend for our family as we drove more than 4 hrs from our home to go to the graduation of our niece from medical school and had no where to stay when we got in that night. I had to scramble to book 3 hotel rooms to cover us which is more expensive!!! The person that called us back from VRBO just said you will be reimbursed and maybe we can find you something tomorrow. I couldn’t believe it. Nothing extra offered to forgive their mistake.

Short stay

The communication was good and the house looked the way it was describe in the write up except the two futons are really the sofa. The neighborhood was very quiet and nice would consider staying here again if ever in the area!! Thank you for a great stay we all felt at home!!

Perfect base camp to visit Yosemite and Sequoia

Let me say that ever since the pandemic and with a family of 5, I've only stayed at vacation properties I have never stayed at a property that has full on concierge service. Kyle and his team were in constant communication to make sure we had everything we could possibly need. The drive to the national parks run 2-2.5 hours. There are grocery stores and plenty of food options within 3 miles. The property is beautifully quiet and my youngest (9) loved the backyard and firepit. To keep this review honest, there were some very minor ticks against the score, and admittedly this is quibbling over perfection. Loose switch plate, a back slider that was difficult to open and close. Never could figure out how to turn on the dining room light. Face it though, if that all the "problems" you have on your vacation then things are going really awesome. Thank you Kyle and team...this trip won't be forgotten soon for all the best reasons.

Lovely Property Overall

We were in Fresno area for a memorial and this was a nice place to relax, gather for family favorite meals, play games, and recuperate. Main bed was very comfortable and enjoyed well manicured backyard and pool area. (The main bathroom was spotless, but the hall bathroom floor was not clean, there was no lightbulbs for the light over the dinning table, and wet towels had been left on the back porch--probably more to do with previous guests.) Loved parking in the garage. Thank you for a good stay.

I’d Keep Looking!

We had a number of issues with this rental, the property manager was very responsive but only for one of the issues was resolved. (Dropping off Shampoo and soap for the shower) While during your stay when visiting with family members from 4 different states is not when these types of things should be addressed. The property issues were things that should have been corrected or resolved way prior to our arrival. The property manager asked to have workmen come in but we would have to move out of the bedroom while they constructed bars in the closet. We have stayed in numerous VRBO’s but have never encountered issues like we experienced with this property. Lastly, if you have rented a home that sleeps 10 “comfortably” I’d think that the basics would be at least one bath towel and wash cloth per person. We scrounged and found (6) six bath towels found, two pool towels and only (4) four wash cloths. No soap, shampoo or conditioner in the shower. No extra rolls of toilet paper or paper towels. We read the previous reviews and feel like we got cheated. A number of items listed under the amenities was not present at this house such as a first aid kit. After requesting a call from the property manager before posting this, I was informed that they don’t talk to the renters regarding issues they only text.
