We propose to you to the rent, on the commune of Fréjus, this charming air-conditioned flat in duplex, with a surface of 90 m ² and being able to accomodate to 7 travellers. Located on the 4th floor (with lift), it consists of a nice living room of 30 m², a fully equipped kitchen, two nice bedrooms and a bathroom. Wifi, sheets and towels included, we're waiting for you!
The accommodation is composed as follows:

Upper floor:
- A 30 m² living room with TV, sofa bed and dining area
- An open kitchen equipped with, among other things: electric kettle, oven, microwave oven, toaster, dishwasher, hotplates, Senseo coffee pod machine...

Lower floor:
- Bedroom 1: One double bed and one single bed
- Bedroom 2: One double bed
- A shower room with Italian shower
- A separate toilet

Outside :
- A 25 m² balcony, complete with garden furniture, parasol and deckchairs to enjoy the beautiful days.

For even more comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: high chair, washing machine, baby bed, ironing board and iron.

The flat is ideally located in Fréjus, in a very pleasant environment. You will be able to benefit from the proximity of all the essential shops but also of boutiques, restaurants, bars, market...

Activities :
During your stay, you will have the opportunity to discover and enjoy the various activities that Fréjus has to offer: hiking or mountain biking to discover the surroundings of the city and finish in beauty on the Mont Vinaigre with an incredible view of the Estérel massif, but also horse riding, quad biking, tennis and a multitude of water sports in the Bay of Saint Raphael such as jet-skiing, kayaking, diving, kitesurfing as well as cruises in semi-rigid or sailboat towards the Provençal Venice of Port Grimaud, or even the small Caribbean, the Cap Taillat Whether you choose to relax at the Thalasso Centre or go in search of thrills at Luna Park and Aqualand, you are sure to find a trip to suit your taste!
You can also take advantage of the flat's location to go to the Etang de Villepey in Fréjus which is a nature reserve about 8 minutes away by car as well as the Aréca park and its botanical garden...

If you choose to come by car, you will be able to park directly in the flat's garage which can accommodate a medium-sized vehicle.

Tolle Lage und schöne Aussicht über das Meer

Die Bilder des Internetauftritts entsprechen vollkommen der Realität! 5 Sterne gibt es für die tolle Dachterrasse und die gut ausgestattete Wohnung! Die Schlafzimmer liegen zur einer ruhigen Nebenstraße. Die zugehörige Garage ist für kleine Autos oder für geübte Einparker geeignet. Da sie einzeln abschließbar ist, eignet sie sich aber auch für Fahrräder oder Wassersportgeräte, wie Surfboard o.ä. Der Kontakt mit der Ansprechperson vor Ort war sehr angenehm und unkompliziert! Wir kommen gerne wieder!
