Smart apartment in the centre of the resort.

Clean, bright, well-appointed and close to all the ameneties. Ten minutes easy walk from a stunning beach. The private parking is very useful. Lovely people to deal with - especially when we foolishly lost our key! We had someone with us within 10 minutes.

Die Begrüßung erfolgte persönlich und war sehr nett. Die Wohnung ist sehr hell, großzügig und super ausgestattet. Die Esszimmer Stühle sind allerdings durchgesessen und müssten neu gepolstert werden.Die Lage ist sehr Strandnah in einem beschaulichen Ortund eigentlich gut, wäre da nicht die Nachts sehr laute Tapas Bar. Durch die gegenüberliegende Tapas Bar ist abends ab 22:30 Schluss mit Ruhe und an Schlaf ist vor 2:00 Nachts in den zur Straße gewandten Zimmer nicht zu denken, da die Bar sich zur Freiluft Disco und zum Ballermann verwandelt. Der Parkplatz der Ferienresidenz wird dann zum Discoparkplatz.Für Nachtruhe orientierte Urlauber ist die Wohnung nur bedingt geeignet. Schlaf ist zwischen 22:30 und 3:00 nur bei geschlossenen Fenstern zur Straßenseite möglich. Die Fenster im Treppenhaus sind mit abgezogenem Schlüssel gegen Öffnen gesichert, daher lässt sich der muffige Geruch im Treppenhaus nicht weglüften.Kommunikation per Email mit Verwaltung und Kautionsfirma nur auf französisch möglich.

Bonjour, bon rapport qualité-prix de l'appartement la propriétaire était à disposition au besoin par téléphone, ainsi que du personnel à proximité sur place endroit calme la mer est accessible à pied à environ 1 km par contre la connexion internet wifi n'était pas besoin de très très bonne qualité autrement rien à redire

Très bel appartement, très bien aménagé et décoré avec goût. Situé ds une très petite station balnéaire, donc très peu de restaurants, et aucun commerce pour les courses. 1 boulangerie. Si vous venez là, il faut une voiture.

Appartement très bien situé. Propre et très beau Manque un peu d'insonorisation avec le logement a côté. Et un petit manque de grand plat pour 6 personnes, pour la vaisselle suffisamment. Dans l'ensemble nous avons passé un très bon séjour.

Il est tellement agréable de rencontrer des personnes heureuses de vous accueillir et d échanger... La propriétaire Florence est une personne charmante et qui a surtout un goût exquis pour la déco; notre appartement était vraiment clair, très bien équipé, bien agencé et surtout chaleureux de par les tissus, les rideaux, la belle vaiselle, le linge de lit sans oublier les livres des auteurs locaux...oui je donne des détails car c est bien là que se nichent toutes les choses qui font qu'on se sent bien, qu'on est heureux de rentrer à l aaprtement le soir et qu on s'y installerait bien pour plus longtemps!
