Lakefront home with private dock on Lake Ossipee in Freedom, NH sleeps up to 10

Your lakefront retreat awaits you in Freedom, NH - a beautiful home that features comfortable living, stunning views, and direct access to Lake Ossipee’s Broad Bay. After your first night gazing over the water at the starry sky, step out onto the deck with your morning coffee to witness an awe inspiring sunrise while listening to the tranquil call of the loons. Back inside, recline on the large sectional sofa, log onto the WiFi, enjoy the propane fired fireplace, or watch a movie on the 70” TV. If you’re in the cooking mood, a modern functional kitchen has all you need to enjoy a nice home cooked meal. Or feel free to cook on the outdoor grill. There are 5 comfortable beds for sleeping up to ten guests. Two first floor bedrooms each offer a queen bed. Walk upstairs to a semiprivate loft which features a grand view of the first floor and the lake. This main loft space has a king bed and cozy sitting area. A third bedroom is right off the loft, featuring two full beds and a half bath. Regardless of the season, all will sleep comfortably, with central air conditioning and heat throughout. The first floor bathroom has a shower stall, with soap, shampoo, conditioner, hair dryer, and towels available for your convenience. The basement is unfinished space and not for use by guests; however, it does give you access to a clothes washer, dryer, and iron/board should you need them. Your lakefront getaway is situated in a no-wake cove, perfect in the summer for wading or floating in the lake away from boat traffic. You also have access to your own private dock, so feel free to bring or rent a pontoon boat or jet skis. Broad Bay opens into Lake Ossipee so you can enjoy boating on the entire lake. A public boat launch is nearby, and our property has ample parking to store your boat trailer during your stay. In the winter, you can park your snow mobile trailer and enjoy the local trails or head out to some of the local ski slopes. Of course, you’re in the White Mountains, so nature lovers will find plenty of hiking trails around too. Rainy day - don’t worry, we have family friendly board games and video games you can use, or take a drive up to North Conway to shop at the outlets. No pets or indoor smoking please. We welcome children, though the home is not ‘toddler-proof’ and children should be supervised around the lake at all times.
