Welcome to this luxurious holiday home in Asserbo, perfect for up to 18 guests looking to enjoy nature with both forest and beach nearby. The house features a private 18 m² pool with slide, counter-current system, Roman steps, sauna, and whirlpool – offering relaxation and fun for all ages. The spacious kitchen and living area easily accommodates large groups with two ovens, fridges, and dishwashers, while the cosy lounge invites relaxation with sofas, wood-burning stove, and TV. The activity room adds entertainment with billiards, table tennis, table football, darts, a game console, and a bar with fridge. For events or business use, a movable projection system with HDMI is included. There are two separate sleeping areas with a total of seven bedrooms and two bathrooms, plus a loft with four beds. Outside, guests can enjoy a large garden, partially covered terrace with furniture and barbecue, as well as a swing and sandbox for kids. EV charging is available.  Please note that this VillaVilla house may not be rented by youth groups.
