No free parking - have to pay $25 to self park across the street which is lame. No real creamer for coffee - crappy little plastic cups of it that are gross. Couch in room horribly uncomfortable. Poor lighting in the bathroom. Can’t turn fan on high in room to block out noise. Trying to be fancy but it just isn’t.

This hotel is aesthetically beautiful but i believe there are some operation kinks that need to be worked out. The front desk was a bit hectic…my reservation and my friends had two different check out times and hers addressed breakfast as being included where mines didnt. We waited for breakfast for almost an hour just to be seated only to see there was not a packed or even half full dining room. But overall the hotel is gorgeous, the details are great and once the operations are fixed it will be 5 stars.
