Located just a few minutes from town, you'll be close enough to enjoy all of Fredericksburg and still feel like you're at a wonderful secluded retreat!

Casual with a farmhouse style guesthouse, with 1 king size bed and 1 twin size bed, Hot tub, BBQ grill, fire pit, views! Managed by Heavenly Hosts

- Not a full kitchen: Only Mini-fridge, Microwave, Dishes and silverware (bowls, plates, cups, etc.) and a coffee maker. Coffee, cream and sugar are provided

Excellent Location

We had a wonderful mini-vacation here! The location was perfect for us - secluded, but less than ten minutes into town. The back deck overlooking the creek and open field was probably my favorite part. I only have 3 things I would change: 1. Wine glasses would have been a nice touch! 2. The second bedroom was much smaller than the pictures implied. 3. Had there been guests in the neighboring property, I believe we would have been sharing the hot tub and back deck, and I don't think that was made clear in the description. But none of those things were a big problem for us - I absolutely recommend this property!

Anniversary trip

I absolutely loved everything about this house. It was close to town, but far enough away to enjoy the views. My husband loved sitting on the deck watching the deer. I would love to come back with my family and stay in the big house next door.
